Very Good property at a would be prime location in Wakad. The property is very well situated with all required facility like school, colleges, hospital , hotels, mall nearby. Also well connected with major means of transportation. Amenities rich property at reasonable price is an incentive for all walks of life makes it desirable one. In short, a good property to bet ones hard earned money.

Planning for shifting in Austin Park with family, Rent is low as compare to wakad.Holistic Culture maintain by all residents.Family Tenant have access to all  amenities including (swimming pool, gym ) free of cost as most of the society charging deposits to tenants.

Gonna shift here soon hoping for best, received list of rules and regulations not cool for tenants no access to gym or swimming pool

Most beautiful society

1) Major water problem ,1 inch water supply from corporation which is not sufficient . Total dependency on tanker which cost 1.5 Lacs per month.2) Internal road is not constructed yet even though sales team told us that it will completed by Feb - March 2019.
