Very bad service of reliance trend both in Gangtok & Darjeeling. Wanted to exchange a denim girls shirt after buying it from gangtok but their exchange service dint worked and told us that we can exchange it from Darjeeling..But the same problem occured in Darjeeling too.if the system isnt working its not our problem we had the bill and the shirt intact.Very disappointed by the service.will make sure to suggest noone about reliance trends next time.
