Not Professional at all, although company is BRC certified all Hod even Unit head chew tobacco and pan masala in production area.Physical stock and ERP stock does not match and keeps on changing every month no body is bothered to have a full proof SOP.Companys forklift driver is used to bring pan masala and work suffers resulting in late sitNo proper planning.
