Extremely poor experience. Sales people are ignorant and rude. Provide misinformation. I went to buy a bike but decided to choose another company due to the experience I had there.

The big showroom of Dankuni, we know that hero means Auto palace, we used to go there to service our bike and even go to know the price of new model bike.

Average customer handling skills. Sales process was smooth. Got a call the other day inquiring about the performance of my new purchase & reminding about the 1st service. Was uncomfortable inside due to mosquitoes & switched off A.C.

This is a showroom of hero motor bike. All kinds of hero bike are available here. And above all beside the showroom there is a petrol pump. U can fuel here.
