Loved the location!! Tents on the River Edge is a wonderful experience.Good service .. tasty food... And all activities like cycling zorbing boating at the stay place makes everything convenient..Strongly recommended

DO NOT GO HERE!!! . I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RESORT. The worst place I have ever been to. Staff is very arrogant, doesnt bother about their guests. Tents were dirty, food was extremely bad. 8/10 their cycles were broken/no breaks. They made us vacate the tents because they had new guests coming in. They cancelled most of our activities for lame reasons. THEY HAD WILD DOGS RUNNING AROUND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AROUND THE TENTS, PETRIFIED THE PEOPLE IN THE TENTS.

It is one of the best place to head as they proved all day food and activities. And camp fire at night is of the best I have experienced. The staff is very polite and friendly.

It was a really relaxing time away from city life in the jungle beside the river flowing. Nice simple food. Water was absolutely clear and also the trek to the hill behind was really refreshing. Clean rooms to stay.

We stayed in a camp and the stay was really good! Swimming and river water activities are good. Washroom facilities for people staying in camps are limited but well equipped. Food, campfire and nature walk are nice.

The USP of this place is the location and their super friendly staff. Nature at it best 24/7The place is very peaceful, good for bird watching and the activities provided by the resort are very adventurousgo for river view camping tents youll have a total different experience the views at sunset time are breathtaking!

Place is nice, and people in charge are cooperative and food is good but they lack in management . Also the facilities are not that good like tents didnt have temperature control layer, and some had small holes, so inside was damp due to dew. Also there was water shortage in the morning both days that we stayed there, dont know if its always like that or cuz of duration ( Christmas time ) .... It was a mixed bag

If there was an option to give ratings below 0 then this place deserves it. The pictures on the website look fancy but the reality is different. The place is dirty. Washrooms are hopeless. Indian Railways has better washroom than this place. Tents are damaged. Food has more oil than the Middle East.To top it all the management is least bothered & irresponsible. Very specific about the money but care a damn about providing services. Had the worst experience dealing with them. They went upto the extent of provoking us to a physical fight when our group protested against their pathetic services.Totally ruined Dandeli for us. Never ever think of visiting this place.

Dont go on the pictures! This place is untidy. The rooms are small the food is super spicy and worst of all the arrogent manager who is least bothered about customers and roams like he is some cool dude. Our rooms were dusty as hell, there were ants all over the bathroom and bunch of hair near the toilet drain. Every morning there was no water no electricity and none of the authorities were present or bothered.Also we were promised bird watching and nature trails which later they denied to do.Also they mention several free activities but with which comes the travelling cost(resort to the activity centre) which is not mentioned at booking time which is way more than the activities themselves. Also half of the activities are not done.Please do not ever visit here.

Worst.. people change as you reach there.you are not taken to resort until you pay cash in office. Blunt staff.. they say u r in Karnataka not Maharashtra so bear with it.Money minded people.. they ask money for every single thing.

It is nice place , but needs to managed in a better way . The office is in the city , if anytime u book this place online make sure you collect the voucher and tickets from the main office in Dandeli. Bcoz this will not be informed to you and we being guests will be tortured to go back to the city and collect the vouchers which is around 15 kms drive and better go in your own vehicle bcoz u will not be guided anywhere ..A pamplet with directions will be given and asked to go by urself ... Make sure u have roaming internet activated as Jio dies in Dandeli ..

My family enjoyed a lot I definitely recommend this place to everyone. I had read some negative feedback but It is a jungle stay we cant expect star service but very happy by there arrangement and service given to us.

The place is not as good as shown in the pics. Management make bookings more than they can accommodate. Toilets are worst. Especially do not go over long weekends. See how the tents are lined up in the walk way.

*RiverEdge will drive you to the edge of your senses*.....‘Resort’ ....the word would be turning in its grave if it comes to know that it is being associated with such an esteemed dumpyard . So many tents have been cramped in such a small space that you can easily give your neighbours in the adjacent tent a back massage , while lying down in yours.Washrooms are too few & dirty , basically motivating you to go into the surrounding forest with a ‘lota (mug)’ .Management sets the highest examples in arrogance , rudeness & deceit . They will constantly add variety to your stay by changing the terms agreed to while making the booking earlier . You will always be entertained by rude shocks , making you constantly argue with them , which helps to keep your energy levels high & your Blood pressure higher .We ordered potato & chicken pakodas separately , they were served cold & were so good that we were vomiting till the next day .I thank the management for adding so much variety to our stay that even rafting & jungle safari appeared less adventurous than the stay .Aamir khan should give an example of this resort in his ‘ Atithi devo bhava ‘ ads , of what all should NOT be done .
