It is the nearest KFC if you are living in Danapur and it is very spacious as well. It only has one floor, and it is well maintained and sanitised, the staff is also very friendly and the service is fast. In some places, the lights were not working, I hope they will look into it soon. It also has a good parking space, overall its a must place to visit if you like chicken burgers and fried chicken.

It has been a very pleasant experience visiting this particular outlet, amazing staff and such a beautiful ambience with a cosy setup, absolutely loved it. The service was very fast and efficient and theres no need to mention the food quality, as its always top of the shelf quality here. Loved it. My go to place now.

Order was delivered almost after an hour. Message received that your order was on the way at 08:24 PM and it was incompletely delivered at 09:32 PM at a distance of 2.5 KM from store.That too incomplete, although payment was made in advance. No response received even after lodging complaint with KFC customer care. What a cheap way to increase profitability. Will boomerang definitely

Nice place. It is located near Saguna More. One can rest here for an hour and have a bucket. Undoubtedly, one of the best KFC locations. Indeed, a wonderful experience.

I came here to celebrate my wifes birthday, all the things was fabulous here..Taste of the chicken burger 🍔 was so yummy, Me and Family tried their new double down burger, it was really so tasty...And the last and more important the hospitality was more than my expection... Worst!!!They are horrible at making classic zinger burger. Mayonnaise in like just a pack on 1 Rs ketchup. They also gave me only 1 ketchup of Rs.1. They take a lot time to make 1 burger ready. Also the place isnt much cleaner. Typically not maintaining the standards of KFC. Other KFC in Patna is a lot better than this one. This place is like a dhaba not KFC. The manager should be ashamed!!!

I have been to couple of KFC across the country, but this time here, it was fabulous....I felt like I am not in a renowned restaurant or food chain but instead I was feeling like home....luckily made a few friends as well who were impeccable and has played a vital role in making this place such alive....Kudos to the team here and lots of future endeavours...

Visited today with my friend.. the service was very disappointing. There was not even one staff to clean the trash.. all the tables were dirty. It was very sad to see such a reputated food outlet in such a condition.. also the food was average and waiting time was more than 30 minutes.. Totally disappointed.

One of the best ways to showcase hospitality even even though the efforts shown by one of the staff Prince was remarkable . Hope to visit soon again .

Most dirtiest kfc I ever visited and trust me I have been to most of d states. This one is such a messed up dirty even chicken pieces are cooked and kept from morning such cold pieces also more than the humans in dat outlet you would find flies. Guys if u wish to order from here please visit once before ordering, so u know what patna is all about.

Kfc has a very different fan base and I love every particular variety of them. But Im quite disappointed with the delivery services of this particular outlet as they completely spoiled the purpose of their variety. Ordered Chizza from here and received the cheese to be stuck on the cover of the box and even the burger was broken and torn doen into two seperate pieces.

Not sure how people are rating this place 4 star. They are horrible in making classic zinger veg as well as non veg. They will offer you letus which is in minimum quantities, Mayonnaise in like just a pack on 1 Rs ketchup. Typically not maintaining the standards of KFC but yes in Patna people will eat what they have been given from these big named take away and food joints. That’s complete shame on the manager who is maintaining this joint.

Wow, Cant believe a kfc can be this dull. It seems like we visited some local dhaba because thats exactly what it is. Ambiance was so dull, even the bathrooms are smelly. Food was literally tasteless. Never visiting this kfc outlet in my life ever.

Worst KFC I had in recent past. Ginger burger is like bun and a piece of chicken only. Fried leg pieces were having raw chicken smell. May be they were not frying at prescribed temperature and required duration. To me it looked like they are running their own food joint rather than a KFC. This situation was when only take aways were allowed, imagine when they have to cater dine also.

Ive been a regular customer since the first outlet of Kfc opened in this area (jagdeo path branch). But Im very disappointed with the saguna outlet, Ive complained almost 6-7 times in recent months about the food specially fries but still they dont care about it. I thought the taste was supposed to be same everywhere, it doesnt matter whether youre eating it in patna or Kentucky. Also, KFC is removing their best products from the menu like Double Down burger and krushers.

Zinger burger was supposed to be the dining one but they didnt give us till the time we ate.....
