The products they sell actually work! And at a good price!

As a retired Service Manager for the 2 biggest nationwide Pest Control companies I can honestly say the products they sell are the exact same products we use in the field. With a little reading and research along with expert advice from their knowledgeable staff you should be able to tackle any pest problems you might have. Great place to do business with! I do!

I ordered a hose reel from this company that they said was in stock 3 weeks ago and it hasnt even shipped out yet. Its ridiculous and it doesnt make sense. Horrible customer service, they just keep making stupid excuses instead of being honest and solving the problem at this point its hurt my business and I feel they should compensate me in some way

These people are awesome! You can do your whole yard and a fraction of the cost that you would pay for one of the Big Brand companies to come and spray your yard. Theres a variety of items relative to all of our Texas needs. Even some quality mosquito defenses. Stafford School the owners really nice and the prices are right there within our budget. Its convenient and affordable. Isnt that what we all look for! Its cool to see a company thats in business for the consumer and not for themselves.

At first I was excited to bait and kill my very bad ant problem. I had Clemson University verify that my ant was Argentine Ants. The products that I purchased was 4 quarts of green way liquid ant bait and I think it was 48 bait stations. For the next 4 weeks I refilled stations every other day and monitored the ants close. I have use 3 of the quarts and the problem isnt getting any better. I called epestsupply yesterday to see about getting a refund since the product has a guarantee. Also asked for credit toward something else that may work for me since this product was cutting it. The expert told me that if the ants take the bait then it is working. During our conversation the tech told me quote you may have to put the product out for 2 seasons. Later in our conversation after I told her the ants cover several acres she said quote You could have to use the product for 10 seasons because every ant situation is different. I cant believe the product is guaranteed but could take me 10 years before my problem is solved. My order was over $100 and the only refund they offer is on anything that is not open. They said that if the ants are taking the bait then it is working but also said it may take 10 years. I have since use the product Bifen and it works great. I like the layout of this website and was able to speak with someone about my problem but they didnt want to help me out on the $100 that was wasted. If ePestsupply has any objection to this review post our phone conversation that was recorded.In Response----I didnt contact epestsupply because I had already verified that I was dealing with Argentine ants. I brought Green Way Liquid ant Killing bait that was guaranteed for Argentine and Carpenter Ants. What the description for this product failed to describe how long it may take. This is in the owners responds What we are telling you is that you need to continually bait for Argentine Ants. This will take several seasons and could be a continual program. For many of our customers in your area, it is an ongoing baiting program. My ants did take the bait but the problem reamained the same. This product will kill ants but to sell a product that is guaranteed and have to continually bait for years is ridiculous.
