Terrible service, the worst I have ever witnessed in what is supposed to be a luxury hotel.We stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and our 1,5 year old son. Upon arrival at 2pm the hotel management couldn’t provide the suite room which we booked in advance. We waited for more than an hour to be checked-in (check-in time in the hotel is 2pm)During the stay most of the general personnel was either rude or unprofessional or both. They would forget to bring in the food ordered through room-service, be rude at the breakfast and over the phone, forget to help with the luggage and baby stroller at the entrance which has more than 15 stair steps and so on.On top of that they tried to withhold $400 at the check-out cause they thought that we damaged the table which had been broken by previous guestsThe general manager Serkan Aslan was unresponsive and have not even brought any verbal apologies for this horrible service.The only positive side of the hotel is that the rooms are comfortable and nicely renovated.Try to stay away from Tasigo in Kazan while the current management is still in place.
