NO PROBLEM. PROMPT SERVICE.

OFFICE IS CLOSED SINCE LONG. WANT TO SURRENDER CONNECTION BUT NO ONE IS THERE. WORST EXPERIENCE

Very old and uncomfortable place. Located Irani road Dahanu.

Since 3 months I am trying to complain using their telephone number however still they have not repaired the fault and line remains noisy. It was also giving rise to a pathetic data transfer on broadband which I have surrendered.Trying to complaint using the complaint number 198 they answer that the complaint is already booked and Technical work is in progress and they give me the same docket number since last 3 months. No linesman specially assigned this area in spite of being a market area.when I asked to discontinue broadband service there was no effort from their side to pursuade me to continue the service and I did not promise that a wave rectify fault. As if she wanted me to surrender the broadbandt.

Worst service in dahanu road

Very bad service,do not buy any connections from them , my telephone cable is broken from 1 month and I have registered complaint but they have not looked up to it
