It was a superb Experience.The Hotel is neat and clean.The staff are very cooperative.I experienced one amazing episode.My Brother in Law had through an overside while paying Hotel bill droped some money on the floor. We were just about to leave the hotel the staff name Nitin rushed to us and gave the money .It was a heart touching moments. We appreciate Mr. Nitin.Also the daily cleaning staff and Supervisor are very prompt and responsive.Whenever We call them, within a minute they attends our complains.Thanks Hotel Excellency.

Nice hotel to stay. Was very clean... They serve best food.. Tastes good.... Most imp people are honest and provide best service. 24 hrs hot water.. But no wifi though. The only problem when we visited was because of the reason that bar should be 500 far from highway they made their entrance from backside which was mood killing. Everything else was gooood.

The hotel rooms are decent and not that great. Location is good and easy to locate. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful. However, it looked like they were not aware of the booking, perhaps a communication gap between *** and the hotel. Hot water was not easily available and it seems to be available only at certain time. Restaurant is also okay and the food is decent. Morning breakfast (if opted) had very limited options which can be improved (anything else if ordered is charged)...

Average stay. Room flooring was very slippery due to improper cleaning. Also smoking is allowed in the room so non-smoker find difficulty to stay. Breakfast was not sufficient in quantity and staff people told that it is over now. Bathroom is very small and never gets dry once you take bath.

During two days stay, every time we faced this issue. However, they provided the hot water in bucket.Location wise its perfect place as all the site seens are near by this hotel. Food is also good. They also have Restaurant & Bar.For families they have sperate area for dinner and lunch. The staff is very cooperative. Rooms are spacious. Good location. If the room is properly selected, the fountains of dadra garden cn be seen from the room itself. All amenities around and nearby Dadra garden. Good for couples too.Among the food, Non veg items are fantastic and must try. Restaurant lacks adequate number of menu cards. Breakfast was a disappointment. Seems the veg or south-indian items are not that good. They must have added atleast an omelette in the breakfast menu. Nevertheless, chicken starters are fingerlicking and worth a try. Personal advice, do not order veg items.Overall a must go if stay in silvassa and visit dadra garden at evening.

Special corporate plan is available for business visit person. Road touch and industrial area is nearby . Silvassa and Dadra industry is very near to this hotel.

I really appreciate service of the hotel. I really like the coopetive n humble staff. But specially in our Gujarat, we have most of the people having allergies with alcohol and non veg so if u try to sperate veg n nonveg division there will be awsm. I also noticed that your hotel is middle between silvassa n daman so its my suggestion to keep a vehicle like bike or any kind of two wheeler so the tourist like us who came from too far, they can consume time n visit more place in less time. of course u can charge for it. and people are ready to pay for the service. they are also paying in goa and other place. in last I really thankful to Goibibo and hotel excellency.

Nice Hotel for Limited Budget.

Worst hotel in my experience. Food hygiene is even worst. Worst service, room keys gets lost if you live it on reception. Complimentary breakfast represents 2idlis and cup of tea. Enter at your own risk.

Staff is good but seems to be less in number as required at the hotel. room service guy will either not pick up the call or if he receives the call no 1 will turn up without reminders. there is seepage in almost all area of the hotel. blanket was torn. most of taps are broken. food was good. no laundry charge sheet is available. no wifi connectivity is available. EDC machine for card payment was not working.

A good budget hotel located at Dadra. It is right opposite the famous Vanganga garden. The rooms are a bit cozy but the food here is great. Complimentary breakfast is served here. Ample parking available

Worst staying place. Very Un-cooperative staff. The customer service is zero. When dialed for House keeping for a bottle of drinking water, they ask the customers to try the Reception no. which in turn asks you to dial the Restaurant no. and finally they charge for a bottle of drinking water. No 24 hr hot water available as mentioned in the website. Shabby and damp rooms with plaster wearing off. 3 out of 4 electrical sockets dont work. The Manager himself is dedicated to close the hotel and reduce its ratings. His ideal response regarding the problems faced by the customers is This is our policy, we cant do anything. Maybe they should go out n stay in other 3 star hotels just for experience. ..

This place needs renovation and mending. Rooms look different in the photos uploaded online. But when you actually see that, its not a good experience.

Have stayed fr 4 nights...hotel is located far beyond city...need to travel even for necessities...food is very expensive...service is good n even room is well maintained n hygienic staff are very courteous n helps in every way possible (specially the reception staff). ..However the biggest issue was wifi...tried alot to connect to it but useless...travelling from Mumbai was in grt need of Internet. ..evn tried changing room BT prblm remains d same...One can recommend dis hotel...

This hotel is no way excellent as per Hotel Name... Hotel rooms look old and dirty. Lifts is not working and staff is not at all courteous. They dont know how to behave/talk in front of guest.. Worst Experience ever and not at all recommended to stay. Better to stay in some good hotel near VAPI or DAMAN rather than staying in this junk/dirty hotel who has not maintained the standards..We felt people come to this hotel only fro DRINKING... Hotel Garden in the evening is meant for Drinking purpose...Nothing else...NOT RECOMMENDED for FAMILY stay!!!
