It was great experience after Air india crew member were to so soft behaviour.My journey was Ahmedabad to Goa ,many time travel with indigo Or Go -Air but Spicejet was great,Mandip & Kishan thanks for your hospitality....
I was travelling from port Blair to goa and the ground staff was very arrogant and rude and don’t know how to even talk to the customers.I will never ever fly with SpiceJet anymore in my life
I am staying in Goa. I had booked tickets on 13th Jan,2020 for my family to visit me in goa on 20th March.However due to the pandemic the Airlines messaged that flight of 20th is Cancelled and we cam reschedule. I did reschedule the same moment for 21st ,march, 2020. Again in the morning the airlines messaged that flight is cancelled so i requested them to process refund as now i cannot travel. ( the lockdown had started on 21st itself and anyway no flights were there till over a month )After continuously calling them a customer relation executive confirmed me that i will get refund . But surprisingly after not receiving money back i wrote them an email ( all trailing emails ) . They clearly said i will not get refund.Even emailed nodal officer. Still the answer was that they have refunded the money from their end but now the agent will only do the further payment. I kept on saying that the two PNRs one was directly through spice jet flight and one Via. Com . But there has been no revert no payment . Worst airlines currently in INDIA...always change the schedule time of flights and try to merge more than one flight...booked. A flight for 1pm and flight arrived at 3:30 they dont have value for your time....worst services..
Travelling to Jaipur from Goa.Worst customer service, first boarding was delayed by 30 min and in last 10 min directly annound last boarding call.And then on Surat stop, suddenly told everyone that we need to deboard the plane bcoz they will send the flight to Udaipur, without telling any reason.
Ok for spice jet I need google to give me an option to give 0 stars. Worst I repeat worst experience ever. 1st of all I had a flight from Ahmedabad to Jaipur on 6th of july, the airline texts us the day before 6th that due to operational reasons they have cancelled both of my flights one on 6th and another one on 9th. After exact 1 week I had a return flight from goa to ahmedabad on 17th of july, Again the airline texts us 3 hours before the flight that its cancelled because of OPERATIONAL REASONS. so in my opinion if you book through spice jet prepare yourself for another mode of travel as a back up option. Because the only thing they do is cancel your flight. Never traveling through spice jet again. Spice jet - YOU SUCK
Where do I begin. Well I just know now that this is going to be my first and last time I fly with spicejet. I dont think they deserve any star to be honest. My husband and I have been on many flights but have never experienced anything as despicable as this. For starters the lady at the check in counter chews him like a cow and is not ready to acknowledge a word that I was asking her. She just nodded on every question, she then tells me that card machine doesnt work and that my husband should run down to the atm just to give her the dough. Whilst boarding I am then asked to show my id when I had done that like 6 times when I reached the airport. I think Jet Airways and Air India have far better services than this flight. Spicejet never again!
Worst airlines, I have come across. Ageing aircrafts, non professional and non cooperative cabin crew makes it a worst performer. Had a very bad experience while travelling on its flight No. SG 516 from Pune to Goa on 24.02.2019 with broken AC duct and damaged window panel. Alternative seat was not made available to me even after demand made and when I asked to provide complaint/suggestion book that was also not given. The journey was horrible for want of cooling and sufficient leg room. So, I have decided to not to travel with this Airlined.
Had the worst flight of my entire life with this airline yesterday .travelling from Mumbai to goa.first the airport runway was closed till 5.30pm.no emails or text or any form of communication from this airline.was on buisness trip had to cut it short to get to airport on time to later find out my flight was now moved from 3.30 pm to 7.05.pm.thats a 4 hour delay with no food no help as if u go in the airport u cant get out cant self check in s I has my dad as special assist wheelchair.very fustrated annoying and no one to talk to regards the problems .then staff very rude at counter not willing to compensate for their problems.will avoid this airline as far as I can .and will definitely pass the word round to all I can.
The worst airlines! Do a favor to yourself and never take this flight even if it’s cheaper. They have the worst customer service. They are very irresponsible and they are never accountable of their actions. They don’t provide with options if your flight is canceled and you will probably miss your important work because of their irresponsiblity. Thanks to Spicejet I missed an important fair.NEVER TAKE THIS FLIGHT PLEASE!
The most horrible domestic flight experience. Flights delayed by two hours multiple times, without proper explanation. Pathetic service and rude staff.
Where can we avail the offer of Spicejet, when i tried to book the flight, its giving me same normal prices of domestic flight. is it a publicity stunt or fake or something else. Or I am fool, who are not able to book it. please advise.
Disgusting service. We arrived at Delhi airport, Terminal 2 at 10.20am on Friday 4th May 2018 and met the worst check-in team I have ever had the misfortune to come into contact with. They we all incredibly rude, obnoxious and incompetent. They laughed and checked Facebook on their phones whilst getting our booking information wrong. I hope senior members of the brand see this review investigate further. If you dont like your job, do something you might be more suited to rather than delivering abhorrent behaviour to your customers.

This airline is a NO,with the experience in mumbai airport staff,greedy for money,from junior to senior staff.Travelled from Mumbai to Kochi and at the check in they requested me to pay for my laptop bag,they even negotiated the amount within them staff and asked me to pay it in cash not credit,that is looting in broad day light.Your ground staff in Mumbai airport are a mess, you are a disgrace to indias hoapitality,consider having a look at that because if in a day you harass tourist just for some extra rupees.you will be loosing customer.

Staff is very inconsiderate. I was 3 kg over weight flying from Goa to Mumbai and I had only 280 rupees in my pocket . They were demanding 300 rupees. I had no more Indian rupees as I was traveling to Canada from Mumbai. They could have taken 280 rupees and let me go. I was really mad and I told staff I will never fly Spicejet any more.
