Please dont try to fix any of your problem here . Worst experience they didnt do any of the service to my laptop for a month and poor customer response. My laptop worked to show the error in the display but now nothing is working. Fan error is my fault and they didnt rectified it instead the laptop is not working. Kindly go to any experienced shop. In one word its poor if you dont believe me just go look at how many negative reviews and ratings it got. Poor knowledge in service

Laptop issue: i had dual boot with Ubuntu and windows. One day it showed down so much that computer started freezing after opening a couple of tabs in chrome/firefox. Then by the end of the day, screen stopped working on boot up.Took the laptop to the service center. Explained the above issue. They didnt work on it for about 3 days. Then after threatening to take the laptop, they started working on it. They found an issue with regulator and also said ram was the issue and changed that too.Post service issue:1. Laptop directly boots to windows.2. Laptop is still extremely slow. It still freezes but not as bad as the day of complaint. And fan sound is too high.Now i all planning to take the laptop to the authorised service center and get it checked.I still remember a mobile phone shop keeper warning me that most service centers here screw up / replace parts with substandard components. I dont know if prism does this. But I will not step foot in this center ever again. If you are in pondy, please take your laptop to the authorised outlet.

Poor service centre with no knowledge in laptop services and theyre only money minded , I have given laptop for hinge problem and now after service my display got damaged and now its totally not working.When we give for a problem then theyre coming out with new problem which we need to spend double money only.And let me justify why I said money minded , due to lockdown in several states where they import spare parts they have limited stock of spares/demand in stock so there is price hike thats ok itll reduce after a month (Spoke with direct dealer of HP) but they are not explaining it rather they just say its gonna increase only and no way of reduction. In demand condition they just want to make money out of it thats their goal😤

Though they are technically strong and huge availability of core resources, they are hiding some real factors with the customers which will spoil their good name. Its my humble opinion.

The worst service center in pondicherry , the staffs are rude and they have literally no knowledge in laptops , if you give your laptop here , they will not only not solve your problem but create some extra critical problems in your laptop. Ive given my acer predator Helios 300 gaming laptop for heating issues , I asked them to change the thermal paste and clean the fans which is sufficient to reduce the heat , also I set my fan speed to max , after hearing the loud fan which is totally normal , they said the heating was due to fault fan IC and replaced and charged 1100rs (totally money minded and poorly skilled). It doesnt stop here after I took my laptop home and worked for a while I started experiencing graphics related issues , weird artifacts started appearing on my screen and forced to blue screen of death (my laptop was working with no problems before).I went to them and told that Im experiencing issues after I got the laptop from them and they dont even know it is an hardware issue caused by them and kept on saying it is windows 10 issue and graphics driver issue , and also It took 2 weeks for them to just uninstall and reinstall the graphics drivers for checking which I can do in 5 mins . And finally they told it was not their fault and they refused to repair my laptop . My laptop was working 100% fine before I gave it to them for service . Frustratedly I contacted acer service and told them everything (my warranty was over) and they told me that the 3rd party service centre(Prism computers) could have caused damage to the GPU or else to the motherboard and to solve this there is no other solution than changing the entire motherboard which costs around 30-40k for my laptop.They dont even know what they are doing with your laptop they just experiment with your laptop and create you some problems and they will balke it back on you. Very very poorly skilled workers.Ill try to post a detailed video on some big youtube channel about what happened to my laptop so the people know. Ill update soon

I gave Laptop as it had slight disturbance of flickering for few seconds. When I gave it for repair, the desk staff checked and found flickering. After checking, Mr Siva told me display cable is to be changed and due to corona they await suitable cable. After three months, he said the new cable fixed but when there is some movement, the display is disturbed. Still after two months, they said still not completed. I had to shift my residence to Trichy, and started pressuring. Finally Mr Siva told me there seems to be mother board problem. I cannot tell surely but I strongly believe they have used my mother board for someone else. I am still awaiting their proper service. I hope Mr Sivas conscience will prevail and I know him for the past six years and he will do justice for me. Mr Siva, I gave my laptop for a minor repair, but your conscious onlly know what happened at your end Please listen to your conscious.

1. Bad owner and staff attitude, when asked about originality of the replaced spares and its warranty. Owners reply: I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY ONE QUESTIONS LIKE THIS FOR THE PAST TWENTY YEARS OF MY COMPANY HISTORY, which is not the answer anyway.2. Uninformed/unapproved price hike is spare after work is completed. RESPONSE: SORRY FACE3. Double the bill amount for Direct customers/end users, proofs available on request.

The owner or the technicians here have tons of negative attitude; they dont even explain the service methodology and tools used by them to ensure product quality is assured to the customer before laying their hands on the hardware. Its either they dont know their job at all or just bunch of jokers

But they cheating on internal items no transparency They have changed my original display and not servicing properly.Now I went another service station they diagonse the problem and said laptop display is not original and fixed the issue.But now knowing of they cheated Im not able to do anything. So b careful on your product

Pondicherry worst service center no proper responce plse dont service this place

I dont recommend this place at all, the staff seems to be nice but I gave my computer to be fixed, with two problems, they said it would be done in one week. Finally it took more time..When I came back to take my computer the manager told me everything was OK when I wanted to check it at the place, I couldnt, he insisted on the fact that the work was done and I trusted him..I came back home and my charger problem wasnt fixed at all, and I paid a lot of money, around 14,000 rupees for something not done.Moreover, I think I paid a lot more because I am a foreigner.I came back and asked to fix my computer again, but I had to leave pondicherry soon. He told me it will be fixed in 3 days.It took a lot of time, finally I took my computer back because I had to leave. The problem wasnt solved, I have still my charger problem, and I cant use my computer anymore.I dont recommend this place, the manager lied to me first when I told me everything was fixed.I know that sometimes in India it can take a lot of time for a service, but if everything was checked and done at the same time I could have my computer right now.Just a lost of time and money..
