Very goood place and a calm habbitat . A well decorated park 🏞️

Very beautiful deers, but authority of cuttack shouldnt keep them in this way. Not a single grass is here only dirt and dust. They are living in a very dusty location. Govt should shift them to a greeny location or make the location attractive at least. Only pollytion and dust is there.

There are a lot of deer in the park. Situated near Biju Babus birth place ANAND BHAWAN, Cuttack. There is also a good children park.

We have seen a deer care center at Cuttack , beside the Mahanadi River, ring road. There are approximately 200+ deer available in a very small area. It is basically a care / treatment / experiment etc center.

This place is very close to the Barabati Fort and adjacent to the Madhusudan Library in Tulshipur .Good Deer population but hardly any maintenance by the authority.Mostly visited by the kids and could have been maintained nicely. Kids feed them biscuit, which is unhealthy for them. Authority are planning to shift them to Chandaka forest.

Better location in cuttack to own a residence

So fabulous place it was and the most enjoyable moment was to give biscuits to deers out there

The place needs urgent redevelopment in case of ambiance for the deer as well as the visitors. One can notice the deer are struggling for space as the only free space they have is full of mud and very less foliage.There is however availability of parking space and a few concrete visitors seats. The administration must look into it at the earliest.

Best sight for watching Deers gathered a large number.Area should be widened as the Deers are outnumbered.

I just love the park. Whenever someone feels demotivated or needs to breathe the fresh air or even go out of the citys busy life, this park having deers makes it easier.One can see the deers having their food and roaming here and there within the park. They look lovely. Sometimes theyll give u a glance as if they know whats going on in your life and will suggest not to worry and just take things lightly.Hahahaha! Having said that, its a good feeling being here. Visit early in the morning or in the evening when the sun sets.

Deer Park is a place, standing strong since ages.Very well maintained.Lot of deers of various sizes are there.The number is increasing day by day.Outside food is not permitted.Lovely place to spend an evening with kids.Though there are lot of things which can be improved here to make it a proper tourist place.

Good place to be there in the evening. Children enjoy the sight of these beautifully spotted animals. Yet, on a closer look, it appears that these animals are living a pitiable life. There is dearth of shade from the sun and rain. The ground, which ideally should have been a lush green meadow, is full of marshy land and muddy puddles. Many people offer biscuits especially Parle G to these animals and the empty packets are littered in the vicinity. The authorities appear to have left the park to the mercy of God or the enthusiastic and sympathetic visitors.

This place is absolute love. With breezing cool air from Mahanadi and grazing deers, this is scenic. Also Maritime Museum and Barabati Fort nearby, its definitely a weekend visit.

Food , water and shade are regularly supplied to them...but there are no grasses to eat for them.. they need to get some fresh air..not a wow wala place to visit.. they are just kept captive here.. better tk shift them to a better grazing ground..or near by chandaka forest.

Calm but dirty. Good place to go to if want to feed somed deers. Just buy a pack of biscuits or something from the adjoining shop and enjoy feeding. 15 mins is much more than enough for this place.

Yes i saw lots if deers. But thats not tge point. Condition on this place is terrible. Huge population of deers captive in small land. Not enough shade or water. I undarstand its hard to have grass in the land. But they need to reduces tge numbers here and allow enough space fir these poor animals. Add some flowing water for deers to drink. Give enough grasses. Deers begging visitors for food and slk they get is biscuits and human foods. Not grass.

Only deer park in the city. but not maintained properly by the authorities. They are turning a blind eye to it. The number of Deers has increased manifold and become overcrowded. The shelter place is inadequate, during rain or cyclone, these poor animals have to face the wrath of Nature. This area is flocked be small childrens and College students in the evening.

It is good in location. This location has one side Mahanadi river flows, one side having a small n nice park with good sorroundings of grass, trees, flower trees, there is Barabati Kila canal water is flowing. All the boubdries wall of the deer park is exceelant. We feel the nature n calm n quite area with cleaness by local municipal corprn.
