Below average service. Unprofessional staff. The lady at the front desk is useless as a employee and hopeless as a professional. It took her 29 minutes to figure out which form needs to be filled to send a passport. I booked the courier at 10 am, till the evening I was unable to track the item using the waybill number. Later in the evening it appeared on tracking, showing as the parcel is booked at 8 pm. Not sure where was my courier for initial 10 hours. I seriously failed to understand why a document will take 4 Days to reach Kolkata, for which they charge ₹400.

Service is good. Parcel was delivered within the mentioned time. But they dont do packaging. So based on your item you have to do proper packaging before handing over.

Third class customer service (On call) but mails are getting replied appropriately. The main fault is the delivery executive do not call you neither informs you by any means but directly mark the shipment as delivered to fulfill their target. They either deliver it next day or some other day.

Most unprofessional delivery by the staffs. The delivery person is simply stating that your locality is not tracable , so please come and collect. Even after stating the details of the location, they are not ready to deliver the product.

I rated 4 but I may rate 5 and the reason is blue dart is very good but some of their delivery boys having less responsibilities.specially the person who is going to deliver my areas. He kept my courier with him and updated as delivered.

They are thugs. One of my product was to be delivered in 24th of January, They made it up to 29th . But the surprising point is that the product was out for delivery every time and was not delivered deliberately. They showed that the recipient was not available but the recipient was available all the hours and even they did not call even once. I will recommend personally not to choose Bluedart , never in your life.

Worst and Sick, Unprofessional. The deliver person would not come to your office on day 1, 2 or 3 and would mention as address is untraceable, insufficient or not there. After 2/3 days he may deliver you at his free time. Even if you may have to collect at their office. I strongly recommend not to recommend this courier. I am not sure about the kind of service in other cities. I wonder how many reputed banks, institutions and companies still prefer this courier, in spite of several customer complaints. Deals are there and we customers are to suffer.

Service is very very poor, the Urgent documents are not dispatching in proper time. Always we collect the documents by himself at blue dart office (Mahatab Road, Cuttack,Odisha.)after tracking.& the Lady receptionist behavior is so rude She does know how to behave.... The delivery boys are so careless that they never under stand the urgency always says to collect the document from near them. This type of service is not expecting from a leading courier company.

Blue Dart as the name suggests is one of the best courier services operating in the country . The best part is their on time attempt to delivery . Only the star rating decreased due to the delivery person who was new to my location though the area was well serviced by the before delivery guy .

Its a very good courier.But i am sharing my own experience.Few days ago i have to submit a form in chennai by courier with in one day.I went there by recommendation of few people.They also assured me for one day delivery and i also paid the requisite amount for one day delivery which is nearly 400 Rs.But their service is too poor.My form did not reach there in time(delay of one day).So i recommend dont go there for one day delivery.
