The historical Barabati pokhari (pond) is one of the biggest pond in cuttack it is situated in Kantol near Athagarh.established by Athagarh king .its latitude is 20.7980696 & longitude is 86.1465418 same as Barabati stadium.its is a fishing pond in the town surrounded with four villages.in the middle of this a shiv Temple is established.the pond is very clean & beautiful surrounding with lots of trees.
