I have visited to your center for MRI scan of brain of my one month baby. All staff are user friendly but i have one problem, i couldnt talk to the radiologist. My opinion towards this diagnostic is good but my suggestion is if report given by the radiologist could explain the patient it would be a good practice, as all the matter could understand by a common man.The duty of the diagnostic centre is to explain all report who ask to know.

One of the best diagnostic centre in Odisha . Where STAFFS are so FRIENDLY with PATIENT . But you may wait a bit for getting the scanning report.But waiting hall is well with good air conditioning . Overall , its a better diagnostic center in Cuttack and one should visit their .

Service is good but price is high and the duration of getting report is too high. I came here for CT scan of brain and it coated me 2000 rupees.

Everything is fine with this diagnostic centre.But I didnt find the description language of mri report satisfactory.Try to write it in a simple and specific way.Some patients are educated enough to atleast understand 30% of the report if not the 100%.And I am telling this because in all my past reports atleast I could understand few things clearly.Maybe this is 3tesla MRI thats why report descriptions are also difficult to understand:)One more thing I dont understand why do u guys ask for previous reports.If you want to know a patients history you guys can simply ask for it.But showing you previous report is meaningless.I went to so many centers they ask verbally about the patients past disease or concerned disease but they never asks for a patients previous report.

The MRI of my spouse Suprava Mohanty was done on 29.06 2021 and the report was collected, through another person,who had inadvertently given a negative review. I want clarify that I had got excellent sevic and the staff were very cooperative and proactive.

Crowd friendly organization. The service is below standards but the price they charge is super high. Its getting location advantage being adjacent to SCB hospital gate, Cuttack.

I have been to Sun diagnosis.There hospitality process and equipment and cleaning process is well improved. Staffs are supportive and specially sakshi madam is very caring and kind. Her ways of working is very different .She is very humble and positive towards works . I satisfied with hospitality which is provided by her as well as hospital.

Please dont go 😢... specially for pregnancy women kindly dont do any kind of ultrasounds hear. Very bad experience. The doctor are very bad. Only they want money.

An ultrasound that costed an effing INR 1,300, when it could have easily been done at less than half the price!! I paid INR 1,300 for an ultrasound, well a daily labourer too paid the same, India doesnt need this kind of an equality! Probably the owner/doctor is still paying his education loan after all these years, cant blame him for the rising interest rates!! You enter the center and see the staff NOT following the COVID norms nor ensuring that that the patients follow them, of course!! Mr Biswajeet is definitely doing a great job at doing NOTHING! You definitely can take some lessons from other diagnostic centers across Cuttack and BSSR 😐

Sun Diagnostic centre is a Good Place where we got best service. Specially Receptionist staff are well trained and have a polite behaviour. They informed me about the testing process and gave me proper TAT which is more valuable to me. And also given MRI report in time. The best thing is that there waiting hall is bigger than other. You can sit comfortable.

The place is very congestive. I was going for mri scan for my aunt there price is too high but its reasonable there quality is far better 3tesla mri. Very well behaved staffs special pankojini madam pro she helping me to understand all procedure and why we have to scan she is too much loving and professional lady in very helpful nature is her. Taking covid test price is very high but proper invoice is not porvide and also.covid test charges bill not porvided which rcv from customer.Must have to change this rule and give proper response and invoice yo all customer.
