They deserve not a single star.Very wrost service.Doctor are prescribed because they got commision from them. Never go there for any test.and also insist doctor for not to refer there

The max diagnostic cuttack is very bad service . Today I am visit this center for my relative ultrasound but the staff behavior is very pain full. Please visit once the Kishor Diagnostic and compare there service as much as better then your service. Then you will feel what is the behavior.

Very bad hygienic conditions...very crowded but charges are similar to other centres....dont go here...try to go somewhere which is clean , hygienic...there are 5-6 people in counter ready to collect money and prepare bill....but nobody tells which all check ups required, no nobody directs in the right direction. The only thing they tell you to do is wait.Try other diagnostic centre which is clean, hygenic and systematic.Very bad service.

Staff behavior is extremely disgusting..never cooperate with u at all.if u ask something about your report after the test..their response and way of talking is really wrost ....it happened with me..so better move to other diagnostics for good results ..there are lots in cuttack..not only this one..so let them realize how a good behavior is extremely important for a suffering patient at the moment when he /she need a good wish for cure atleast from them to whom we trust the most at our bad times...

I had never ever experienced such a unsociable doctor in this center Dr Laxmi S Kumar belongs to Ultrasound department, the person didnt know how to behave with people, I think he is jumped to MBBS directly from Lower Nursery.Also there are no care towards patient. Very bad experience with the center.

Very 3rd quality service and choatic situation. Utterly disappointed with their service still they are not hesitant to charge higher rates than others.Please dont play with with the person with whoose money you are getting paid.INDISCIPLINE, CHAOS, MIS-MANAGEMENT

Request your doctor not to send here for Tests. Third class service. We pay to get proper services. But they think that we are nothing and they dont understand patients problems. Hence avoid it.
