One of the worst AC sellers in cuttack.Although being an authorized dealer of voltas, they are selling all ACs at a price 10% higher than any other local sellers(Gupta Distributors and Patro Electronics).Me and my father went to this shop and checked on prices of different models, the lady owner explained advantages and disadvantages of different models and wrote down the best price for us in a piece of paper. The lady stated that she will give AC for free if anyone gives the same model in lower price than the best price she said.Post showing the bill of my friend who purchased the same model from Patro Electronics (at a price 10% lower) in Cuttack(although the bill was of jharsugda), lady said jharsugda dealer will give at a different price and I will give at my price, then she started misbehaving with us and she said go and purchase the same from someone who gives at a lower price and started shouting at us saying dont waste my time and dont teach me how to do business and I dont want such filthy discussions in my shop.Upon asking her if she can give it in written that she will give AC free if we show Cuttack bill also at a lower price, she got angry and started shouting saying get out from my shop and I dont want customers who dont want to buy at the price that I give.Upon multiple requests from my father who is aged 56 she didnt listen to anything and started shouting at a much louder voice gathering people around.Upon multiple requests also she didnt calm down and kept shouting saying please dont frustrate me anymore and dont mess with me, due to which we had to finally leave the shop.Probably one of the worst experiences while purchasing Indias No.1 AC brand.The very next moment we went to Gupta Distributors, buxi bazar and purchased the same model at a price 10% lower than what she had given.I would request everyone to refrain themselves from purchasing ACs from this shop because they are not respecting the customers and also fooling them.I would also urge Voltas organisation to stop having such dealers who lets your brand name and business go down.Note:- She also gave the installation and stabilizer prices much higher than other local sellers.
