One of the worst customer service.. Its been 5 days since I gave 2 of my laptop, one is Lenovo laptop (the charger pin was broken inside the charging point) and second is Dell laptop (wasnt turning on).. Today its 6th October, 2021.. Ive tried to call a guy named Istiak, its been hours since I am trying to reach him.. He isnt calling back rather he is busy speaking to someone else as his number is showing call on waiting.. I am seriously fed up with unprofessional behaviour..

Very bad service

Never ever go to this place for repair or replacement of any parts. These guys take a hell lot of time and after that they dont even complete the work properly. Recently they repaired my laptop (I had a hard disk issue which they did not fix properly) and took out all the screws and never put them back in their position. After some months when I went to complain the shopkeeper blamed me for it was my fault that I did not check it correctly. Worst service ever ! Boka choda guda, kichi jani nahanti.. 0⃣🌟 review
