Most unprofessional people . worst services. I am a loyal customer there since 2015 yet they have no respect for customers time and values, there repair engineer is a fraud since years we are facing this problem everytime We buy any product from there if we face any problem we call the engineer he will pick up the call and schedule a time and will never come. its not because of corona as its been years we are facing this problem. I have personally went to the shop and complained about that but nothing has changed. mind you we have called them for paid services only still no response. Please do not buy anything as we do have good shops who do take care of their customers genuinely.

We went to patra electronics CDA branch today to buy a washing machine. Ideally there shouldnt be any carriage cost and it should be inclusive of the total cost paid by the customer. But they asked for 250-300 rupees carriage cost for only 700 meter distance travel. When we said we would pay 100 rupees, they said they wont provide door step delivery if we do not pay them 250 rupees. Finally we agreed for 200 rupees forcibly. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from patra electronics CDA branch due to their bad behavior, arguments and greediness.

Worst. Simple worst. If I could, I would have given 0 stars. A phone that wasnt available elsewhere was promised by them via call that they have it, but on reaching they deny that they dont have it and have another variation of it. The staff tried to make me buy the other one instead and I had to waste my time, fuel etc unnecessarily. 😶😶 The options in any equipment is so less.
