This store is located in a very vital place in the city with no other shopping centre nearby. But this store lacks man power. Billing counters are sufficient but only half of the total numbers operates at any point of time. Also, there are no product representatives available to explain the offer details. Customers has to pick the product and ask the details repeatedly at the billing counters which again depends upon the billing personnel willingness to check and describe.In short this store needs to upgrade and lacks customer service.

It has all the basic things that is needed in day to day life..Starting from groceries to bakeries to vegetables and fruits..They also have a wide collection in fruits especially tropical fruits like kiwi, plum, cherries of various types.Although sometimes the vegetables are bit rotten, not that fresh.. still for parties this place is the solution.exotic veggies like purple cabbage, broccoli, zucchini,bell peppers are all available..They also have dairy products and soft drinks.Plus during festive seasons you get discounts on selected products. Conveniently located.One point minus for parking(congested area) and vegetables.

The location of this supermarket is good. Doesnt have much of parking space. Customers are seen keeping their bikes on the road and thereby blocking the road.The store is well stocked. Youll find all the important stuff here. They offer discounts even on some specific days. This store is a bit spacious and even if many customers come you dont feel uneasy. Whereas other Reliance fresh stores are very congested and you dont want to spend some time there thinking what else you need for the home.Overall- Very happy with store.Customer service- Good.

Nice place and was able to find everything needed in every day life..

Always been a good experience for me to visit this outlet. Dont know why but here in this outlet they keep somethings exclusive which is not available in other Reliance Fresh outlets nearby. The only and the biggest hitch visiting here is of parking. Avoid taking a car if you have plans of visiting this outlet as there is a very slim chance that you will find a place to park in peak hours.

It is good store which deals daily essential and vegitaled under one roof at a reasonable rate.

It is a nice place for shopping of house hold items like grocery, fruits and vegetables.Parking facilities is available, but not well maintained and without any structure and you have park vehicle under open sky. Mode of payment by card, cash and phone. So far to my experience it is average.

The Reliance fresh mall is well established in Kanika Chowk, Cuttack. The shop is cozy and good for the people of locals. Veriety of items are available here. Right from dried items to fresh items everything is available, vegetables and fruits are available with reasonable price. The grocery items are of course better quality and price are being something reasonable. Backery items , sandwich and bread of dual make from maida and atta are available with different sizes. Cosmetic items are well advanced and update quality. The shop is adoption of both cash and credit Card purchase. The mall is featured in well mannered, well behaved staff and looking forward for its growth. Parking is somewhat adjustable here, still its managed. The out look of the mall is well featured and decoration of front view and inside with material is nicely managed. People are now encouraged for one point marketing which the Reliance fresh is quite fulfilling the demands.Lets have a marketing here.Thanks.

Its a disgraceful experience for a customer to shop at any of your outlets especially at Cuttack.The counters r never manned by FULL capacity anytime.On complain of unnecessary rush at 1/2 counters nobody gives a damn for customers inconvenience. No customer friendly at all. Customers r treated as unwanted elements to be driven away as soon as possible. Nobody is ever present to hear a complain anytime ever. As if the management has no control over the staffs .Hence the general perception of public is anti-Reliance in ODISHA.They have to learn a lot from the BIG BAZAAR guys. The management badly needs to pull there socks and overhaul the total scenario which is deplorable........Thanks

Staffs are good. Parking facilities available. ATM is in the campus. You can pay through debit, credit cards, cash, online wallet etc. Fresh vegetables and milk can be availed in the morning at 7 AM. Overall a nice experience.

It has some of the obvious benefits of a supermarket. Unlike the name, not all the items are fresh from the kitchen garden. Those that are are not fresh always.

Pretty much needed at this place, quite big for a place like this & well thats good of course as I mentioned Kanika chhak shops unexpectedly closes more often, some times twice in a week, in that case its a life savior for me (I particularly mean food by this).

I was there to buy some exotic vegetables. But prices r rocket high, 3 times higher from kolkata prices. Do check local vegetables prices before buying vegetables from reliance fresh cuttack.
