Being an Apple fan myself I had to stop here. In a nutshell, it’s an apple store. So don’t expect to gain access to main campus unless you know the right people. However there are things apple sells you can only buy here like shirts. Apple shirts are 100% cotton but are very soft. Currently they rental for $40 so expect to pay a premium. There is a cool little cafe here. I recommend visiting the upper floor for views of Apple Park. Bathrooms are located in the basement and I recommend see them too. Staff is nice and helpful.

Apple is still Apple, even though we can’t actual visit the park itself, the store was great. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. No pressure to buy anything, our kids love them. Tried the air pod pro max on, what a different of it compared to others active noise cancellation products out there.

Apple spent $3,000,000,000 on this beautiful building. It’s absolutely gorgeous, but visitors can’t even go see it? It’s completely surrounded by tall trees, including the front entrance. The building wasn’t designed to draw people to take pictures, which is a major flaw. I’m disappointed.

Apple Park is the corporate headquarters of Apple Inc., located in Cupertino, California, in Silicon Valley. It was opened to employees in April 2017, while construction was still underway, and superseded the original headquarters at 1 Infinite Loop, which opened in 1993.The main buildings scale and circular groundscraper design, by Norman Foster, have earned the structure a media nickname the spaceship. Located on a suburban site totalling 1.46 km2, it houses more than 12,000 employees in one central four-story circular building of approximately 0.26 km2. Apple co-founder Steve Jobs wanted the campus to look less like a business park and more like a nature refuge. Eighty percent of the site consists of green space planted with drought-resistant trees and plants indigenous to the Cupertino area, and the center courtyard of the main building features an artificial pond. The campus has seven cafés, with the largest being a three-level café for 3,000 sitting people. It has light-colored stone lining and glass railing with no metal support, and is surrounded by extensive landscaping. The mezzanine space of 20,000 sq ft (1,900 m2) can accommodate 600 people and 1,750 seats on terraces outside, with a capacity to serve 15,000 lunches a day, housed by specially designed 500 tables made of solid Spessart white oak, measuring 18 ft (5.5 m) long and 4 ft (1.2 m) wide.Officially known as the Steve Jobs Theater,[2] after the co-founder and former CEO of Apple, the facility is located atop a hill on the campus. It is an underground, 1,000-seat auditorium intended for Apple product launches and press meets. It has a large above-ground cylinder-shaped lobby with stairs down to the auditorium. The theater has 350 parking spaces on North Tantau Avenue and a pedestrian path leading to the main campus located northwest of the theater. The theaters lobby has cylindrical-shaped glass walls and no support columns, which give an unhindered 360-degree view of the surrounding campus. The 80-short-ton (73-metric-ton) carbon fiber roof, made of 44 identical panels, was supplied by the Dubai-based company, Premier Composite Technologies. Each panel is 70 ft (21 m) long and 11 ft (3.4 m) wide and locks in the middle with the other panels.[51] It is the largest carbon fiber roof and the largest glass-supported structure in the world. The theater also includes a 42-foot (13 m) high glass elevator that rotates 171 degrees from the bottom to upper lobby level. The elevator is made from chemically-tempered glass, and is considered to be the tallest free-standing, glass elevator in the world.

Its super duper BIG, 175 acres! We parked aft the top floor of the parking garage and to my surprise, the roof was covered with solar panels ... so clever! It is circular office building and completely built with glass panels ... curvature glass walls! Think of these math involved in calculating the curves and each glass panel fitted perfectly! Im super impressed with the structure of this building. There are orchards ring the circular building with11 kinds of apple trees; peach trees; cherry trees; olive trees; pear trees, plum trees ....There is a rainbow pavilion and lots of picnic tables. Additionally, they have other collectables like shirts if you are into corporate merchandise. The venue is large with many display sections so as to support a large number of shoppers concurrently, though the large space makes for poor acoustics, especially if you want to try out some of their earbuds. The deck on the roof is a nice space. Spectacular. You have to hand it to Apple: they really know how to wow you. A great store experience, reasonable cafe, and super friendly staff.Take some time to look closely at the attention to detail in the construction: there are microscopic holes in the floor and ceiling that reduce echoes and make the room sound more cozy and less like a museum. The staircases up to the viewing deck are fully suspended with no external supports. Pretty amazing!

Classic Apple: attention to design and customer experience. With so much publicity around Apple’s new headquarters, it is only logical that people want to see and experience it. Instead of allowing people directly “on campus” (which would be a security concern and a logistical nightmare), they built this visitor center just across the road. The visitor center itself is gorgeous with glass walls and a high ceiling. Inside you will find a cafe, an Apple Store (with exclusive materials such as Apple branded clothing) and an area to learn more about the campus itself. Here you will see a scale model of the campus where you can, using an iPad handed to you, be able to peak inside and see the inner working of the campus itself. Great idea and execution from apple: you get to interact with their technology (well done iPad app) while learning about their campus.Compete the visit by going to the outside roof top gallery where you get a nice view of the ring building and can get your own pictures of this magnificent building.

The park is like a resort isolated from outside of the world. It’s an ideal and supposed to be a model that all office buildings should be. Neighborhood events should be held occasionally to get involved with the local which has always supported the park.
