This is a famous shop for fancy jewellery, embroidery and craft items. They have got huge collections at reasonable price. No car parking.

I have taken the chain from the shop(11 march). They given warranty for 6 months. But the time (After 10 days approx)we go for change the chain after color problem came, they refused that is their product. I have showed the tag same as marked in the other chain, still they were not agree. If their CCTV is working, I can show them the chain I have taken from them. Just think how they refuse to give warranty. Just fraud shop. I dont know who is giving 5 stars here. May be their own people. But their behavior also not customer friendly. Better to avoid the shop. It can happened with you also. I have given the bill and the chain to them to sell again. Just a fraud shop.

I think this is the best hand embroidery finding out material shop

Not genuine shop. I purchased a chain from here. And they told they given 6months warranty. But after some days color gone. I went there for changing and they told the product is not their product. Think how much fraud are they. I did not have the warranty card but I given the bill. They did not agree.. so please think before purchase anything from them.

Very bad customer service. The person in the counter and the staff were not interested in assisting . They were busy watching cricket and showed no interest while I asked about some items

First floor is quite crowded.

Getting most of the embroidery items here. Very good shop in the Ernakulam.Reasonable rates. Staffs are responding very fast.Looking very small shop, actually you will get the things you need.Too many people coming here to by many types of embroidery things. They all are getting what they need.👍👌
