The dentists themselves are great. The office staff on the other hand not so much. I have been waiting since March for a single tooth partial. I provided them with the estimate from.my insurance company and all I get are excuses and snotty comments when I ask what the hold up is. Tine to find a new dentist.

I have been dealing with this office and their billing staff since June 2019 for a bill from 2018. Although my insurance company has called them multiple times since June their billing rep refuses to acknowledge that the in network amount paid should be the end of the bill, they still keep calling me. Today was 4th phone call and after hours of time on phone still no help from Iris at their office, she blew off the rep from United Concordia refusing to let her explain what paperwork needed to be sent (Iris agreed to send that in June and never did) I plan to charge their office for the 8 hours Ive already spent on the phone trying to straighten this out. $140.00 is reasonable for my time.Nothing left to do but file a fraud claim which I will be doing today. Update: filed fraud claim 11/12/19
