The Worst Customer Service In The Industry. Their support never responds to any emails or support requests. Brand new Shinobi not working properly and I cant get any help. Unbelievably horrible way to do business. You take care of a customer, and they will buy from you again, mostly. You screw over a customer, and not only will they definitely not buy from you, but they will tell 20 of their friends how horrible you are.
