Hard to find a good GP in the current pandemic - but Crace has been excellent. Doctor was really understanding, communicated really well. Very happy with my experience and will be making this my regular GP.

I was very impressed with the respiratory clinic set up. We were referred there after not meeting criteria to be seen at the Walk In Centre. It felt very safe. The team members were excellent communicators & very thorough. We walked out with what we wanted - a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Short waiting times. Registration is easy and most admin staff are mostly friendly with a smile. The doctors I have been treated by are thorough and have very good communication skills. Dr Chan is excellent, with a very professional approach, is empathetic and listens carefully. He is very helpful and caring. Definitely recommend.

This practice is amazing. They care about you as an individual. They care about being responsible, receptive, and reputable. The staff are respectful, intuitive, and friendly. Went there this morning for my flu vaccination. Very busy but I was attended to pretty quickly and was only in the waiting room for 10 minutes or so. Then the vaccination procedure was totally painless and efficient. Great to be able to do this on a Sunday.

Moved to this practice when my doctor of 30+ years joined it. Everything I have experienced in dealings with it has been superb. It is an extraordinarily efficient, friendly and no-fuss operation, quite apart from the confidence-inspiring medical and ancillary services I have received. Not planning a move any time soon!

I have been been going to YourGP@Crace since 2017, this is the most professional, clean, knowledgeable and friendly practice I have attended. The bedside manner of Dr OBrien is second to none, she makes me feel completely at ease and explains everything to me in an easy to understand way. I would 100% recommend to friends, family and strangers alike.

Very well set up respiratory clinic. It was very easy to find, staff were very punctual and professional. While booking the appointment I received all the information I needed on how to prepare for the appointment, where to park, etc. And it is bulk billed unlike most of other GP practices in ACT

Where do I start. .. The signage on the windows were many, confusion for many people. Where to go?I arrived at reception, young girl tells me to sit here. She should of told me to go to the other room where people were waiting for their injections, again no clear direction.Nurse called me in asking a few questions and no mention to book for 2 appointment. I was proactive myself many weeks following up on the injection.After injection, told to sit in next room. Again no mention of 15 minute wait. Again, I knew that I had to do this.After 15 minutes, I went to reception desk to book my 2nd appointment. All good.Just checking my emails, 3 of the same emails regarding my injection and this one asking me for my thoughts.Hopeless from start to finish. Ill be glad to get my jab in August.I wouldnt go to this clinic again.

The front desk staff and all the medical professionals I have interacted with have shown courtesy and professionalism.

I received the vaccination for Covid 19 today at YourGP@Crace. I booked online and snagged an appointment in just 30 minutes time. I quickly made my way there. I had not been there before. The administration was excellent. I filled out the necessary forms, received my jab, waited the mandatory 15 minutes and returned home. Everything went smoothly; the staff were excellent; I think that I will change my GP.

Dr Deery is the best doctor Ive ever had. His concern for my well being and candid counsel is genuine.

My Covid 19 AZ vaccination went very well. The movement of patients in and out of the waiting room was very efficient and friendly. The actual injection was probably the least painful I have ever had. Thanks to all. The Hot Doc appointment system was pretty good, once I got the hang of it.

Our experience with Dr Phillip Orme was exceptional. He uses a person centred approach which meant that he listened, showed empathy and offered viable strategies to help us. My husband is usually reluctant to see medical practitioners however Dr Orme’s non judgemental, health coaching style created a positive environment for discussion. For the first time, my husband is now open to work on suggested health changes. Dr Orme is a GP with a difference. Thank you.

Was there for the annual flu injection and also shingles. It turns out that I had a shingles injection a couple of years ago, so not necessary. I had the pneumonia injection as there was a new and better vaccine available.Was a little late seeing a nurse and a doctor came for less than 30 seconds. Not sure what his role was as I had already had the injections by the time he arrived.

Check-in was quick and easy, the doctor was easy to talk to and helpful and the location is convenient and pleasant. The injection for Covid was about as painless as you can get. Whats not to like? I was in and out again before I was even scheduled to arrive.

Had the first of my COVID 19 vaccinations and the entire process from start to finish was great. Very simple online booking, kept up to date with emails from the practice and appointment reminder. Seen on time and the service was friendly and very informative.

Dr Krystle Marca is so kind and thorough. We are so glad she was recommended to us for our baby. The receptionists and nurse were also really lovely. So glad to have found our new GP! As we drove away I said to my husband “I would drive three hours to see Dr Marca if I had to. She’s awesome.”

Welcoming and friendly admin team who will assist you to the best of their ability. The nursing team are gentle and kind, plus great with children. The doctors are attentive and thorough. Now with the respiratory clinic seeing a doctor while showing flu like symptoms is easy peasy especially with HotDoc app. Both sides of the practice are clean and tidy.

YourGP@Crace provides a first class medical service. The 24 hour electronic booking service and recall and reminder service for upcoming appointments and procedures are excellent. The doctors are caring and professional. They take time to explain test results and treatments clearly and concisely. The electronic newsletters are always very informative. They were particularly helpful leading up to the COVID-19 vaccination roll-out and so too was the information sheet detailing possible vaccination side effects. The vaccination process was well-organised and ran very smoothly.

We both, my wife Vijay and I, were delighted to see as to how well organised the Vaccination Center was; right from the reception to the waiting area and finally to the actual cabin for vaccination . Dr Nicholas was very efficient and polite, He explained everything in great detail. The jab was performed like a magic.The entire Center was kept immaculately clean with very clean chairs and the seats thereof.Please keep it up!

I received my over 65 flu shot from a Dr who could not have been more pleasant, and she administered the dose in such a way that I felt no discomfort whatsoever. Its always a pleasure to visit YourGP@Crace because everybody - both medical professionals and support staff - are so friendly and helpful. And, since Dr Bremner has returned from QLD, well, that just tops it off!

All very good once inside. But outside signage needs improvement - not clear where to get the COVID injection. A number of us stood outside the respiratory clinic door for quite some time waiting for someone to answer the bell. Finally, someone appeared from another door and told us we were in the wrong place. A friend told me that happened to her several days ago too.

YourGP@Crace - This practice provides excellent patient care. Could not fault the practice from front end staff to Drs and nurses. Every patient is treated equally and with utmost privacy. We have never felt rushed through and have also been able to be fitted in if it is urgent (whether with our own GP or another at the practice). All the Drs have an excellent patient manner and this extends to all other medical professionals there and front end staff. A very professional, caring and community practice.

Highly impressed with my new Doctors surgery. Have attended twice recently for first Covid shot (I had no side effects!) and Flu vaccine. All staff are professional and courteous and their vaccine clinics run like a well oiled machine. Doctor David Brown is a real asset. I am especially pleased to receive regular email updates on current health issues and covid vaccination news. Overall, I would give more than five stars if possible.

Utterly awful customer service! Id rather lay in the street and die then have anything to do with this practice! The male receptionist is extremely rude and has no courtesy what so ever and clearly does not care about actually helping anyone!!

The doctor was lovely, but we had to wait for over 1/2 an hour (after our appointment time) to see her. On occasion this is fine, but this seems to be the normal situation for this practice.

I came here to have my Covid jab - and what an efficient and friendly place. The whole process was as smooth as the online booking system. There couldnt be a better place to have your Covid vaccination, and I cant wait for my 2nd shot, which is already booked.

It was very busy at the surgery and we were all assisted quickly and asked to go to different waiting areas. Only waited for 5 mins for my appointment time and was given the injection. Was over and done with before I knew what was happening. Just needed to wait 15 mins then home. Thanks to all the doctors, nurses and staff.
