Great service from Goldsmiths Cov branch

Poor service at Coventry store today. Asian/Indian woman ignored me and played on her phone until her colleague told her to see to me. Great start, NOT !They sell Omega watches on line and in most stores . Took mine in too be adjusted and they said they could not do it as they do not have those watches in that shop and i would have to go to BhamUseless service and ignorant staff . Avoid !

Visited Coventry store last week and a very helpful colleague informed me that I was able to bring a swarovski item I had ordered online into the store and they would return it for me & provide me with a ticket.Went back in yesterday with the item and a patronising woman said there is no way we will do that for you even though it contradicts what the previous colleague told me they would do. Awful service & a waste of time when your staff are telling you differently and are not well informed.

5 stars Russel at coventry branch was a great help

Refused to return the earrings my husband gave me for my birthday, providing that they were unopened. They said that because he bought them, they cannot issue a refund in his absence to his own card. Obviously I wont buy them as present for me with my own card! This has not been a problem with such online purchases elsewhere. Will avoid your store due to unnecessary difficulties you cause, and multiple visits to return these.
