New to the aquarium hobby. Have been to the store multiple times in the past week asking questions and buying things.My latest (fourth trip) in, I asked some questions bought some things and left. Realized I forget to check for something as I was leaving the parking lot, and turned around. When I got back in the store, the lady was loudly complaining to someone in the back, referring to me as an [Google wont publish the review with this word], and alluding to the fact that the only reason she tolerated me was because I keep spending money.I did not address it right away, but did send an email later in the day, inquiring as to what I did wrong. Have not gotten a reply.Unfortunate now as to support a small business, I have to go to London.

Very knowledgeable, very helpful and polite. We came to get a hamster for my daughter and found everything we needed for the hamster was cheaper then the surrounding pet stores so we purchased everything from Petslife, they even took the time to look back into their journal to see when the hamsters came in and how old they were at the time so my daughter had a fairly accurate idea of how old her Hamster was. Place was very clean as usual and the fish dept. looked great as always 👌

One of my favorite pet stores in Ontario and Ill tell you I make a good effort visit them all. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The owner has much of my respect for the health and quality of his exotic animals and let me tell you his fish room is a sight for sore eyes. Very rarely is he not carrying something new, unique, or just down right interesting in the fish room, all in the quiet little town of Corunna no less!! It rare in this industry to find such high standards in a pet store.

Pets Life is top notch. I do not give 5 star reviews or compliments often. I do when I come across a business establishment whose staff are and continue to be top notch when it comes to assisting customers. Personally, if I walk into a store for the first time and find service lacking, I do not return. Pets Life and its staff go above and beyond to answer any questions; assist with purchases and make the customer feel important. I HIGHLY recommend Pets Life and will continue to be a frequent customer. Most recently I had an issue with my fish tank pump. I called the store and explained. Dropped the part off and while waiting one of the staff members there (sorry I dont know their names), fixed the issue on the spot. All of the staff at this store are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Thank you to all of you at Pets Life for providing excellent customer service. Gloria

Great store, I got my aquarium here, a 55 gallon with stand. As well as I got 4 big beautiful cobalt blue angelfish, which I still have, despite the fact that they like to beat each other up all the time....🤣

Great deals wish I knew about it sooner

Love this pet store ! And the staff ! I had issues with buying crickets from Pet Smart they always died... and found that PETSlife store had them in stock. Havent had any issues with them. I will be buying anything I can find for my pets from this little store from now on.

PETSlife is a great local pet store! I was blown away with their knowledge of all their excellent products and the care they take with the animals in the store. I recently bought fish for the first time and Shawn took me through the process of setting up and caring for my fish. I love buying their bird food as it is reasonably priced and high quality. If you are looking for great service, friendly helpful staff and a great experience learning how to care for your pets, PETSlife is the place to go!

The store is packed with anything you could possibly need. The employees are really down to earth and friendly, they actually take the time to help you with your issues. Also their tanks are pristine, the animals and plants all look super healthy and happy. It is definitely worth the 15min drive to Corunna!

Great Pet Store. Friendly Staff with a big selection that utilizes every square foot. Bigger selection than some big brand stores in a store half the size. Helpful staff with expert knowledge. Great place for Fish, Reptiles, Dogs, Cats and Birds too. Purchased many items here for our Geckos, Dog and Fish. Highly recommend checking it out if you havent before!They have a loyalty program for buying dog food and great prices all around.

Small pet supply store wih a few small pets and lots of fish. Good range of supplies for all types of pets. A real asset in the region outside of Sarnia.

There is a reason there are so many 5 star reviews for this shop. They actually care for the animals and are not just trying to move as many as they can for more profit. The store is spotless as are all the animals and fish tanks. We just bought a new parrot from them. I assumed we just go there and go home with him but they insist on several visits first to bond with the pet. Since it’s in Corunna I thought it was s little inconvenient at first but shows how little I know. I’m so glad they care enough to make sure you go home with the right pet and therefore better chance for success. We dealt with Charlene mostly but also Jessica was awesome and full of information. We ended up there by a recommendation and I’m so glad we did and didn’t just settle for a big box pet mill.Thank you pets life Corunna.

The store is really neat and they have a good selection but the one worker was following me around as if she thought I was going to steal something and made me very uncomfortable. I was with my girlfriend and the worker asked us when we walked in if we needed help with anything we said no just looking. Thirty seconds later she asked us again at the back of the store, again said no. I left her to go down the reptile aisle while my gf was picking out fish and within 30 seconds was again asked the same thing. I probably wouldnt shop here again for just this reason even though its a neat little store. If theft is a big problem they should probably invest in some cameras.

Mom and Pop animal shop. Great little pet store. Only reason Im not giving 5 star is I felt very watched the whole time I was in there... like they were expecting me to steal something. Perhaps theyve been robbed many times before and have to watch everyone for this reason but it didnt make me feel very welcome.

This is a fantastic little pet store! I was very impressed with how well stocked and how CLEAN and well kept the store is. All of the animals had very clean cages, tanks, etc. with fresh water and food. I am from Sarnia but would actually drive to Corunna in the future just to shop here.

My family loves going into Pets Life either to see what they have new or to make a purchase. Very clean store, great prices, no need to travel to Sarnia, as their prices are equal or less money. Owner and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about any animal you are interested in. I recently called regarding a concern about the filter in my aquarium (stopped working after the hydro went out) and the owner was very helpful and solved the problem immediately, he certainly knows his products ! The fish section in the back of the store is amazing, the tanks are always clean and the fish are super healthy. We have never had one problem with any of the fish we have purchased from Pets Life !I have talked to many people and everyone says the same thing, best Pet Store in our area !

Love this store , if they dont have something they will try to get it for you. I would much rather spend my money here than in one of the big chain store. Very friendly and helpful. If you live in Sarnia its worth the drive to Corunna, especially if you own a bird.
