Had ordered a 1kg birthday cake for a friend. Very bad presentation. Photos says it all. who would want a surprise birthday cake like this?How will you replace the cake. Mr Vincent, when I picked the cake in the morning and saw the pathetic presentation , I told the counter girl that there are no fruits or any display on the cake. She responded by saying that is how we give it. Looks like as you expand, your quality is suffering as well your fake promises in your response.

The worst promotion and team at cremeaux old goa. They were running a offer a patties on 1 kg cake but told after i ordered the cake and when i asked that i just ordered a 1 kg cake so i should get that then they refused and said it will be for next order since you already made a payment.The whole point is when you have no intention to give free stuff tben why you even run those promotion and informed when i was coming out of outlet. Itx not about freebies its about the customer services. People do revisit places not only for food but for food and services. And this particular instance was not good and raise a question on services of an old brand like cremeaux
