Would not let me use my monthly discount on a purchase I do at other locations often. Cashier and friends seemed like they didnt want me buying those items. The normal gamestop I go to is much better in London for customer service.

The sales associates are great, no upselling (although I understand some GameStop locations have implemented this and other quotas...just buying a gift card for a bday present and a copy of a game).Also, they have a pretty unique selection of collectible items, ranging from board games and card games, to incredible toy figure.How incredible? I almost bought a toy Bob Ross, just for when I feel down I can take him with me and say, Cheer me up Bob, a happy little 🌲... maybe another one and the 🌞 peeking over top.

I love this Gamestop its always neat and organized. They almost always have what i am looking for and the workers are super friendly and helpful. I choose this location over any other ive been too.

I got there so much Ive befriended some of the workers there. They are always so nice and respectful. Every time I go I usually ask literally a million questions about different games. And they will stand there and try to answer everyone of them to the best of their knowledge. If they get frustrated with it, they havnt showed it yet. I do wish the prices could come back dwn a little bit.

The staff was helpful and the selection was decent but I thought they could have had a larger selection then what was available

Over priced and the money back or store credit is ridiculous and barely a fraction of what you pay for it whether you use the item or not. Unless you do not open the product and use their return policy, it is not worth the time.

I like the people and they are always nice but they need to answer the damn phone! I have to call 15 times before anyone answers and sometimes I just have to wait until I am able to go in the store just to ask a simple question! I let it ring until it wont ring anymore they just refuse to answer it! Ive actually been in the store and heard the phone ringing off the hook and they never even look up or acknowledge that theres a phone ringing! Im sorry but I dont care how busy you are that should never happen at any store for any reason! Extremely unprofessional!

All my xbox one needs are taken care of here. If you have a ps4 or any other gaming device this is heaven for gamers. Dont forget if your a pro member to download their app. Great for quick same day guarantee in store trade or cash price lookups for your gaming products.

The other reviews were too extreme in both directions so ill be sensible.The store is just like what youd expect from a GameStop. The employees there do ask you to buy extra content, they will ask you if you want insurance plans on your games, if you want to pre-order upcoming games etc, but nothing too awful. They are mostly polite but at the same time arent overly friendly which i like. The gear an games there are at a normal price and the store has a large variety and point system for power up members.
