Bought this scanner less than a year ago. It’s was supposed to be the best in the market. Unfortunately we have had nothing but problems with it since the beginning. For two months it was even placed in Polen for check up. As it came back we were right were we started. Same problem. Bad or non existing service. Please be careful before considering buying a 3 shape scanner.

Insanely cool products - Ive been using the Trios3 scanner for a year now and am overly content. Wonderful accuracy and usability. Highly recommended.

I bought the scanner, but I do not use it. The equipment is in trouble and I have no support from 3shape here in Brazil.
