What a pleasant surprise, we werent expecting to dine here but the place we planned to go to had an unexpected closure.Fortunately it seems like they have permanently dropped the Fusion as they had a ridiculous mixed Nepalese/Mexican/Chinese menu that you can still see online, but the in restaurant they are focusing on what is their strength which is a delightful mostly Nepalese menu that has familiar Indian combinations and offerings but is in our experience delightfully different from standard Indian fare.Atmosphere and service is typically average suburban restaurant hence the loss of a star but Nepalese food here is great!

They should stop selling Nepali food and stick to indian. I ordered chili momo and if was a disaster. Their Nepali food has indian Flavor. Even curry is too oily and just plain.
Made a lunch booking via restauraunt booking app. On arrival staff member said there was no lunch booking for our party! We were told restaurant was closed and not open for lunch! Yet doors were wide open? Staff member rude, arrogant and most unprofessional! Please do not patronize this business! Very disappointing. 🙁
Worst experience ever. I often come to this restaurant and they are very consistent in LATE service. When they have functions, they don’t care about other dine-in customers. The quality of momo is also degrading. Never coming back again!!

The meals were tasty but small. This place could be good with a little attention to detail. For example the beer that was brought out to the table. The outside of the bottle was covered in mould and was not very cold. How difficult is it to wipe the bottle clean before delivering it to the table. It really makes one ask how clean are the food preparation areas if this is the presentation of a prepackaged item
Service is awesome! portions size was good and food was really delicious fresh. I had not only the most amazing dinner but the best service Ive had in a very long time anywhere! They paid close attention to detail in making sure we were take care of in every way. We loved meal and for the first time in a long time out to eat ate everything! We will definitely be returning.. cheers

Cheese and garlic naan was oily and soggy. Did not taste good.Mango chicken curry - tasty sauce but a very small amount of chicken. Almost like a soup.Saffron rice - it was good but its just rice.Im going to have try other Nepalese places to see how they compare to this (in case my gripes are just Nepalese cuisine).I wont be ordering from here again.
Calls itself Indian/Mexican fusion - waitress says don’t serve Mexican that is on the menu.First thing that you notice is the lack of cleanliness. Two waitresses on a Friday night looked very confused and overwhelmed to say the least. They tried to be helpful but were clearly lacking direction and proper training.Food was just about average but I think the place could do better if they hired more people - to clean the place and also to be attentive to their guests and improve service. Was very close to moving to the pizza place next door to eat.
My favourite place for wings wednesday, the staff are super nice and helpful.
Best momos
Charged me seven dollars for a jack Daniels and coke. Price ok but they gave me it in a small glass half full. at first I thought it was not much coke. After tasting the drink I realized they only gave me a quarter/half nip or they water down their liquor. Ridiculous price and watch when they tally your bill. Food is tasty and well priced on menu. Didnt complain to them but will never return. Shame cos the food was really good. Just dont order any of the mix liquor drinks.
Their dumplings are seriously the best around imo, I love to just order them as a side dish. Their curries are great as well, especially the Chicken Masala and Butter Chicken.
Very slow in serving, on a week day.It took close to 45 mins to serve even when just 2 tables were occupied.

I ordered chicken tikka masala with uber eats and i got only 3 and half pieces of chicken with so much gravy . they charge us $16.70 with only 3 slice of small pieces of chicken. Worst quantity compared to price. Really sad with the service .
I wont be exaggerating if I say that this is the best tasting Nepalese food that I have had for a very long time. The place serves authentic Nepali food and it has a very good team of people running the place and they exhibit great hospitality.The spices were just right and we could taste good quality ingredients throughout our dinner. Saves me from searching for a restaurant restaurant exactly how I expect it to be during all my future visits to South Brisbane.
We ordered a mutton korma but we got something made out of beef.Completely not what we ordered ..... !!! Disappointed of the outcome. This is the first time tried them too..... probably will not go back .....

Quality Indian Nepalese cuisine. All dishes have unique and individual flavours. Staff are always friendly and have always provided efficient service every time we have visited. Portion sizes are generous and great value especially on their dine in 2 for 1 meal deals on Tuesday evenings. A genuine gem of a restart in surburbia.

Wouldn’t touch this place with a 10 foot barge pole.Got told we can have the food delivered, waited an hour, called back, told we can’t have it delivered. Then told if we wait another 30 mins we can have food delivered or get a refund. Go back to the store to get a refund and get told no refund available. Hopeless
Look, its a good option for Indian food if you live nearby. Curry has chunks of real vegetables and fragments of actual spices in it, which I think is usually a good sign. Probably not drive across town good, but definitely the pick of the curry places in the Coorparoo Junction area.

Food taste good. Waiting time was long than average. I wait for 45 min for the first meal and another half hour for second meal which i have to remind them for second meal.Interior decoration is really bad.Owner need to control his stress and should treat staff as staff not as his slave.Dont shout at them they are working for you.They are the reason why your org is operating .
We had an awesome experience at fusion. The food was amazing, fresh and delicious and the service was absolutely second to none. Our waitress was amazing, she was attentive and friendly and nothing was a trouble, we just found our new favourite. Thank you xx
Paneer was hard and chewy. Tandoori rotis were also hard and under cooked.Their take away menu on the counter says orders from 4:30 to 7:00 PM get 15% off. However, the counter staff refused to honour it saying that they are waiting on new menus to be printed. This is false advertising, they need to remove these offers from display. Overall a bad experience, won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Really disappointed - paid for a takeaway order; not only did they advise 15 minutes after I’d made the order that they’d start preparing it, they tried to charge me more once I arrived to pick it up! In the end, staff refused to give me my pre-paid order unless I paid them more money. When I asked for a refund, they stated that it was ‘the website’s fault’ and they wouldn’t give me a refund based on the fact that I refused to pay additional money for them to hand the order over. I’ve never seen anything like it! End result, went to McDonalds on the way back home because they held our order ransom and everywhere else was closed by the time this fiasco was done. Fin.

Had fried chili momo...loved it.I was missing chhili momo of nepal for 7 years .Now,I can say,I hav found a place where I can get the same taste.Planning to revisit soon and try more menu.I also appreciate customer service .

Tried this out last week and was very impressed. Finally we have a Nepalese restaurant in Brisbane that serves authentic Nepalese food - especially momos, the best that Ive found outside of Nepal. The service is also top notch with attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommend

Worst food in Australia so far. Everything was undercooked, tables are sticky and staff would leave dirty menu in your plates. They would give you empty boxes to put your extra food for take away instead of doing it for you.
Very frierndly staff. Excellent food and service. Food is always spot on. Best vegan curry youll ever taste and garlic naan is better than any Indian restaurant. Good atmosphere and relatively inexpensive food. This is definitely a new favourite. My friend came from the north side just to try and he wasnt let down.
I had a lovely time in this restaurant ... The food is great. Totally reminded me of my country Nepal. I would suggest to visit this restaurant.

A local place I visit regularly, the owner is very friendly and always looks after us. Good selection of Indian and Indo-Chinese which is quite unique to find.
Enthusiastic service every time and although the menu is a weird mix each of the influences are done perfectly. Highly recommended!

The BEST Nepalese restaurant in Brisbane. Trust me! I tried every in brisbane and surprized that this place delivers the most amazing food experience when it comes for Nepalese food. Must Try : Nepalese Noodle (Chowmein), MoMo and Nepalese Khana Set. You will love it.

Food quality is not upto marks, paneer tikka served cold and very hard to chew. Butter Naan was hard to eat even and waiting time is more than average. God knows what they doing in kitchen....

Inconsistent taste. Just ordered JHOL momo and stir fry noodles. There was a strange smell, highly disappointing momo. Had to waste the food we ordered.My review before:Awesome food and service. JHOL momo was really good.

Tried for the first time last night. Misses got a beef burrito and it tasted amazing and Im not really a fan of Burritos but this was next level! the Guacamole.. super tasty with corn chips as well.I had the butter chicken with Spinach & Cheese Naan.. The butter chicken was nice but could use a little more chicken but the Naan was awesome without being super oily. Going to try Beef Saagwalla next as close friend said its on point.Must try Fusion Delight if you live in the area!

The name of the resturant perfectly matches with the fusion of spices.I was here for lunch with my mates on my queensland tour.Food was so great and the staffs were cool dudes.Specially the goat tass and momo was awesome.I got addicted to this food and came back again for the best fusion of nepalese food in Australia.
