But as the manager warned, I checked everything at the post office. Everything was fine. I read the previous comments and I have a double impression, as if it were about different stores. I do not advise anyone to cooperate with them. Deception at every turn, managers are irresponsible and do not want to do anything. High percentage of defects in products, deadlines are broken.In August, agreed with them to produce 200 pieces of cups. Initially, the manager promised that if payment is made by mid-August, everything will be done by September 10. When it came to signing the contract and payment, it turned out that they will start production only on August 30 and will be able to produce products only until September 25. After thinking for a while, I agreed. It came on September 25, and there are no products, when I called to find out the fate of my order, it turned out that it was not ready and promised that on September 28 everything will be. On September 28, I was given only ~ 40% of the products, assured that other products were simply returned to production because they were found to be defective. I believed, but when I brought the cups home and looked at them, I realized that I had been banally deceived. About a quarter of the cups given to me were defective - some with cracks, some with swollen enamel, some with defects on the ears. All the defects were more than noticeable, that is, if the cups were really re-examined and part of the defect was sent to production, I would not have received these defective cups. So the manager lied and the cups just werent ready. That they do not have quality control, I will see later when they will issue the second part (as it turns out not the last). The rest of the cups were promised to me the next day, and of course they were not given away. As it turned out, the manager just went to the show and did not tell anyone about my order. The rest of the cups had to be given to me on October 1. When I came to pick them up, it turned out that not all the cups were ready, but only a part of them. Trained the previous time, I sat down to check the quality. How surprised I was when I found more than 30 cups with defects. Some of them were cracked again, some of the logo was crookedly pasted, and some were generally painted by hand with ordinary paint in the wrong color. Apparently they hoped that I would be blind and accept everything. They promised to deal with the production again and punish the perpetrators. The rest of the cups were promised to be made in a week. But neither the next nor a week later no one made a cup and did not even call. When I called and asked about the state of affairs, I was told that now they would find out and call back. Of course they did not call back. And so until October 28.On October 28, I was told that they could not fulfill my order yet, because there was no light in the production for the second week. Imagine, in a production that depends on electricity, there is no electricity for two weeks, and there are no backup lines. It is doubtful that this is true, because no one showed me the confirmation letter, although they swore that they had it. With electricity they seem to have constant problems, because the delay for the first time, they also argued for electricity.The most interesting thing is that after October 1, every time I asked Where is my order? When will it be ready?, I received the same answer We dont know, the production doesnt tell us anything. Wait until its ready, well call . That is, they do not care at all that they delay the execution of the order, they generally sneeze when it will be done and what consequences it will have for the client. Because of them, I received significant losses.The worst thing they think is normal is the lack and failure of deadlines. I will never work with them again. If someone wants to work with them, then prescribe harsh sanctions for lack and failure to meet deadlines. Otherwise, there is no light, everything you hear from them. Terrible company, lazy and irresponsible managers, production without electricity, full of marriage.
