Horrible staff here. In the middle of shopping I had an employee tell me not to shop in her area until she was done putting things away. I did as she asked, HOWEVER she did not tell me when she was done (like she said she would) and as I went back over and someone else was grabbing what I initially went to get from the wall.Overall I would have appreciated more care from an employee. I work retail, and just because you are stocking your area does not mean you get to tell customers to leave that area.Ill stick to the drive to Charlotte for Goodwill visits from now on.

Love this Goodwill! Its by far the most organized and neat store always find barely worn items name brand not to mention the color coordinated store

I know its for a good cause but considering that every item is donated and sold 100% as profit, they will not budge on prices and are not interested in haggling as it against policy. Im not paying their prices for something damaged or with stains on it.EDIT: I think the person responding to my rating misunderstood me. Yall absolutely DO make profit off of donations.. its just that the moneys made are used for great causes that Im all for. Its just odd that they wouldnt budge on the price of selling a damaged item I picked off the rack, instead taking it off my order completely (and making nothing on something if they would have). It kinda defeats the purpose of selling it for a good cause when haggling isnt allowed on damaged items.

Went to drop off a perfectly fine television when I was met at the drop off door by a man named Justin. When I was taking the television out he told me we cant take it because its a box television. I then proceeded to tell him it works perfectly fine and nothing is wrong with it but he kept telling me we cant take box televisions. Ridiculous how I want to donate but you cant accept my donation because of policy Will not be coming back to this goodwill.

Staff there are very friendly! Helped with moving furniture. Thanks! Price is great! Clothes are cheap. The big TV set only 299.99.

Everytime I pick up a piece of clothing from a rack that says one price, im told a different price by the cashier.

I went to this location TODAY July 30th with a female caucasian coworker. Im african American, I was treated VERY POORLY, RUDE CAUCASIAN CASHIER, and when the manager came up she dudnt even reprimand the cashier or CORRECT THE ISSUE I WAS HAVING WITH MY PURCHASE!!! I ENDED UP RETURNING MY PURCHASE RIGHT THEN AND THERE, I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. MY COWORKER WAS OFFEND AND SO WAS I!!!!!!!

I absolutely love this location!!! Clean, friendly staff, and its a really big location. Plan to spend at least 2.5 hours if you just plan to browse. Ive never left this store empty handed. Great for business casual/professional, statement pieces, and dressy attire. By far the best goodwill Ive been to.

Got a couple hundred dollar tie. A full tuxedo of considerable value. And a stunning antique blazer of very high value. For $19 rounded up!

As far as thrift stores go this one is at par. Definitely a bigger one, plenty of merchandise and fair prices. Cashier was a little blah, could have been friendlier.

I went to the store and had the worse experience. This women that work there organizing the clothes was talking bad a about customers. She was saying that people make a mess and dont clean up. And she has organized everything when that was her jobI asked how are people supposed to look through the clothes without disorganizing. She start a fight with me. I never had such a bad experience. Will never ever go back again to the store with people like that, with bad customer service. It looks like she hates her job.

This Goodwill store is by far the BEST! Throughout every day the staff continually bring out items, many of which are new. Very friendly, helpful and hardworking staff!! Seniors get 25% off on Tuesdays.

Nice location, some good brands on the racks for cheap! Bought some sweaters and cardigans for the cold weather. Plan on spending some time here as the clothes arent organized by size, only by style and color.

One of my favorite Goodwills! All clothing is color coded, easy to find and great quality! Employees are extremely friendly and the store is always neat and clean.

This was another of the flag stores, custom built and new inside. The store was well organized and clean, but a little dark inside for a sunny midday. Their miscellaneous / bric-a-brac area was organized too.

Had a boutique feel about the place. Nothing on the racks was seperated by size. Had more name brand clothes. Not the typical Goodwill.

Never felt so uncomfortable by a person. Too bad they are no wearing name tags. I am from california and I heard people where nice here. Extremely nice to the person next to me but not to me or my 4 year old. The lady who was stalking was passive aggressive and loud to my kids. But soft to the person next to me. My wife loves goodwill. But I wont come to this one ever. Its only one person that can ruin it for the whole store.

Store is good but staff can be very rude at times, especially when you are making donations. They make you fell like they are doing you a favor by taking the donations, should not be this way!

I do not recommend this thrift Store at all! It does not only stink like old man sweat but this store has prices as if it was a retail store. 1.99 for a baby onesie, thats nonscence!! And this is a thrift store.. ha.. yeah right.

VERY high prices . Many items here have prices higher than the original price tag but people seem to buy the stuff anyway. The store is large and generally well kept though. They had a small wooden indian statue for $75. A single JVC speaker cabinet with a torn woofer for 12.99. Generic brand shoes for 19.99. A low end film Canon SLR for 69.99. A nonworking CD player for 24.99. You get the point, lol. Clothes and occasionally furniture are about the only things you can get a decent deal on.
