Incredible place with outstanding service. The bacon cheeseburger and chicken sandwich were both top notch. Everything was quick and up to their standards. Would love to visit again 😊

Great American BBQ place, great food and some nice craft beers. The service can be better, especially for a bigger groups... The food prices are acceptable but the beer is a bit overpriced.

This is a very modern kitchen that serves the renowned Texan steak grill which originates from Texas, USA. The space is quite young and cozy, the people are very welcoming and speak English to help you with the choices in their menu. The steak was really tasty and special. The prices were a little higher than the average of the places around but but orbitant, may be the drinks could be a bit less pricy. They have a fixed price menu for lunch that is reasonably priced. Anyway I recommend this restaurant to have a good hangout with friends or family.

Grrat American food in Como. Everything tasted great. Service was good.

We had burgers, pulled pork salad and club sandwich. Very disappointing food, patties seem to be reconstructed meat from I don’t know what. We didn’t manage to finish our plates. Pino Grigio was good, hence the 1 star... Welcome was very average, service was ok. Cannot understand the 4+ rating. This place qualifies for a tourist trap.

The quality is good, everything has its own particular taste. The meat is soft and very well balanced.Unfortunately portions are quite small for the price (the plate in the picture is 60 euro).The location is very nice with comfortable tables outside.

Nice burger and cozy place

The food is good. Really good. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient is that theres no menu in English. We translated half of it by phone and half by asking the waiter. And we were told theres no menu for the drinks either :(

Everything were good but the pork chop was terrible, I dont recommend it at all. It was dry and also it smells like gasoline!

I liked this place very much. The waiter was friendly and we figured out quite fast that burgers were not their specialty.This is a place were you order something from the grill or the smoker. I ordered the 12h smoked brisket and a friend of mine ordered the steak. Both were perfect.For starters we had the nachos and the jalapeno poppers. The nachos were quite a lot for a starter. And the poppers were just right.The wine/beer selection was quite good. And the overall pricing was not cheap. But in my opinion also not over priced.

Maybe I got a bad night. But some lady on the next table told me to keep it down. The best thing about the place was Georgia our bar maid. But I will add the smoked brisket was top shelf. Maybe its not fair for a 3 star but its how I felt on that night.

Good location, nice space. Very slow service. Cold tacos. Shrimp tacos still had shell on every piece of shrimp. Burgers ok. Sounded better than it ended up being, sadly. Go elsewhere. Ps-I am an American living in Italy.

Decent meat - the ambience was nice. The wine selection is not that large but they do have good beers. I ordered the ribs and they were a bit too much. Tasty but too heavy.

The location itself is interesting. Tables upstairs and outside in the square. Service good but could improve (side dish arrived at the end of the meal after I asked where it was). The cocktails were good...The meat was excellent. ..tender and cooked the way I wanted it. Bacon wrapped shrimp disappointing for the price....overall a good experience. I will return.

Hands the the worst service I have ever received. After waiting for 30 mins to get looked at by 2 rude staff we ended up walking out. Avoid

This place is at a great location. Decent American food in lovely Como. The smokey stout is great and their jalapeño poppers are great. Go for the grills than the burgers/sandwiches.

Super cool bar, we didnt eat but wished we did!(will go back, looks very BBQ and lots of meat stuffs) Amazing drinks, all kinds of cool beers and cocktails available! And obviously great coffee too! We sat at the bar (as on an evening if youre not eating you cant sit at an outside table) actually enjoyed that better than being outside! Would definitely recommend!!

Good place to have lunch, dinner, or a quick cup of coffee. Friendly staff, outdoor tables for smokers accompanied with nice view on the piazza. The outdoor chairs are not thar comfortable though.

Great location, speedy service and some interesting draught beers. Sadly food was quite disappointing. Arrived fairly fast but chips where warm only and looked/tasted like they have been seating under heat lamp for a while. Beef burger was to rare to my liking and had a quiet soft consistency. Other than saltiness of the bacon there was no much flavour to it. My partners crispy chicken was a a cheap processed cutlet rather than fresh chicken. Disappointing

First, if you serve burgers, you ask how well your customer wants the burgers grilled. That was not the case. Second, if you serve potatoe wedges, they must be crispy on the outside and well seasoned. The potatoes served were squishy and tasteless. And finally, if a customer asks for ketchup for his sons burger (burger price: 9,50€) and is told, that the owner doesnt want ketchup in his restaurant, the place is not just serving bad food but also disregarding its customers wishes.I can not recommend the Blacket to anyone, who appreciates good food and customer service.And the beer was bad too.Sorry, but thats the truth. 👎🏻

Dark atmosphere, beautifull architecture and design. Mainly meat. Food was delivered amazingly fast; the meat was rich and smokey, almost perfectly cooked, very tasty, and it was a lot of meat for a decent price. Would visit again. (cocktail bar looks promising.

Recommend the brisket. They also serve an excellent hazelnut beer. Slow service and not much English.

Best steak I had in long time, medium rare and you pull the beef right off... excellent

The food was just okay. The burger was over cooked. The bacon-wrapped shrimp as an appetizer was not worth the money. Fries were really good. Service was slow.

The cesar salad was actually just salad leaves, toast and chicken, not quite what we expected. The chicken it self was good, just like the espresso.

Food was as good as a Texan can hope for this far from home. I ordered a chicken ceasar salad that I took one bite of and didnt like, I think the chef accidentally added too much salt. So they very kindly took it off after I insisted they keep it on because I ordered it. Pretty good overall.

The whole dish was way too smokey in my opinion, I couldnt even finish it. I ordered pulled pork and it was a bit dry, the coleslaw as a side was really nice on the other hand.Location: 4/5. The interior is amazing. Almost total black with wooden details, I love it! The only problem is that the tables are very close to each other, we were basically eating with the couple sitting next to us, hehe.Menu: 4/5. In terms of GF dishes they had quite a few options, not the ones I was hoping for (the tortillas are not GF). All in all, a very nice menu.Price: 4/5. I wouldve liked to pay a bit less considering I didnt finish my meal.

Smoked bbq like no other in Italy!The Brisket is very tender and greedy. The poppers one pulls the other. Craft beer is a perfect accompaniment, as is coleslaw! The restaurant inside is beautiful, both at the counter and upstairs. Better to book!

We went to this place to have a drink on a banal Thursday evening ... Here ... The banal Thursday turned into an exceptional evening thanks to the amazing cocktails of this place! I had a cocktail made in my image and likeness asking for advice from the barman who fully understood what I wanted simply by telling him the flavors I had in my mind! They first created a sort of black mojito but by putting a particular liqueur and not the banal black soul ... Together with the first round of cocktails they brought us some giant and very brine olives! Good even if I had a salty tongue for two days ...As a second cocktail I took a more fruity taste with coconut and black cherry and even there they hit the spot what I had in my head ... Together with this they brought us ribs cooked with two different sauces. FANTASTIC! In the end we also took a slice of cheesecake and it was excellent too!The restaurant is also really nice and very trendy and the staff available, nice and very competent! 🔝

As my friend kermir says: in the small night there is good wine! If you like smoking and slow cooking this is your point of reference. Always better to book given the size of the room. Highly recommended! Generous portions and price adequate for the quality.

At the moment the best American ever eaten meat, a menu to be discovered with specialties that are rarely found in other places.Prices are affordable, value for money I would say very good, if you find yourself in Como and you like meat then this is the place!

Despite the slow service and the slightly careless waiter (I think he was inexperienced and recently hired, forgivable), the quality of the sandwiches is excellent. Large portions at modest prices. The interior is also very well kept.

I come from Milan because it is the only place where I know I can eat the real smoked american bbq, which is spatial but little known in Italy. The highlight is the brisket, a mixed cut that we do not use and lends itself to being cooked for a long time. Unfortunately, the cow ribs must now be ordered first and I did not know, because they are another specialty. For the rest it is a good steak house with prices aligned to the center of Como.
