Good place at the low price pointThis location is not properly mentioned on traveling booking apps You can randomly search on google maps ypu will get the proper direction .On Colva road from margao.Service is poor not that greatBut incase of peace its best placeFood is not upto the point in same restaurantTry the san ban or ban san that one is best place to eat food in reasonable price.

Worst place I have ever checked inn. Place was not clean and full of dust and also blood stains on on the mattress. I checked in at 10 pm and check out at 12 am (within 2 hrs) same day as they didnt had water both for bathing and drink. Would not recommend anyone to checking in this hotel as staff are least bothered about the cleaning and sanatization. Checking in this hotel means compromises your health.

Location is good as a central location on South Goa. Maintenance and service is bad. Need to work a lot om their bathroom and electrical fittings. Not worth the price at all.

We booked our room through OYO for our stay of 2 nights in October 2019.Hotel is located on main road heading towards Colva Beach.Famous Sho Faz Super Market is sharing wall with Hotel Ocean Residency means everything is handy to buy for our routine needs.In house restaurant TANDOORI ZAIKA is part of the Hotel & complimentary access of GYM was also provided by Hotel Management.This is one of the good hotel to stay located about 1.5 kms away from Colva Beach & roughly 8-10 kms from Madgaon Railway Station.Quality, Room Service, Cleanliness, Hygiene, Staff Behaviour etc was satisfactory compare to quality of other Hotels.

Rooms are not upto the mark as described, on maps many same named hotels are shown and not easily readable, breakfast is same every day

Well I was in Colva, Goa for a couple of nights with friends and we were looking for a hotel to stay. Found this property on through OYO at a discounted price and we checked in for a night as were not sure about the extension of our stay at a single place. However, because of Ocean Residency we decided to extend our stay. I liked the room we were in. And also, the service was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel with a 5-star rating.

Their in premises Zaika restaurant was amazing with the food and complimentary breakfast. Especially Xacuti masala, we tried Xacuti chicken and Xacuti prawn was very good even best in the town. Please try once in your trip here.

Nice room with affordable price. But we got 1 room near the kitchen where the talking and working sound comes. Otherwise room was nice.Morning complimentary breakfast is very limited. 1 tea or coffee. 1 allu paratha or veg sandwich. 1 bread toast. Thats it

A budget hotel with great location.. you can travel to any of the near by beaches... nearest beach is colva at 5 mins drive. Food is fantastic asking with breakfast.. staff is good.. the best part is beer/alcohol lovers can by drinks at MRP rate at the super market just outside the hotel entrance and drink at peace at your room.

Its a very good hotel at a decent price. The room are good and maintained clean. You have an attached restaurant in the same floor. The food is awesome. But they dont provide the local Goan food. Just below the hotel you have a supermarket making it much easier for the inmates. Also there is a gym and a spa. So overall its a good choice to stay here..

This is nice and newly constructed hotel but room(executive) is very small without balcony and empty space in hotel where you can relax(except bed). As per the lady on the reception, you cant hang cloth to dry in the hotel..so if you are going on the holiday on beach and how can you stay in the hotel where you cant hang wet cloths..food quality good..they have small but nice restaurant in balcony. So, prefer it for night stay only. Room service and food was excellent. Location wise it is 1.5 Km from Colva beach. Wi-Fi working only in reception area but not in rooms.

I would have given a 4 star if not for the strange attitude of the receptionist. Yes it matters.Except that, the room was good for a tourist who will be sightseeing most of the day and comes back and crash on the wonderful bed.good cafeteria with limited but tasty food. Good SPA in the same building where you will get a discount if you are staying in the hotel. Overall - a good option.

So do Bathrooms. Wooden flooring in Room. 42 Haier LED TV with tata sky connection and AC of premium Quality ( silent as whisper) . Room Service is Good. All type of Assistance is there. Further a mini supermarket is there for shopping of Food and Beverage.

Management staff is very supportive...They gives what it shows on online hotel booking websites..Only the thing is that they dont give extra metres for the 3rd person if we book online..thats not good because bed size is not that much of big...

Hotel rooms were good, clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and nice. Hotel building is not that good from outside.No amenities. Food was not that great but you can have some snacks whenever you want.Also 30 minutes walking distance from beach.

Apart from the pics rest was fine! The hotel needs to work on it after viewing the pics. Reception staff was nice & Room service was fast. Colva Beach is approx 3 kms. from the hotel. Mostly hotel keeps broucher for their Salon & Spa, in the room, however, I couldnt find it in the room. When asked for it at the reception, they asked me to pop in personally & collect from the Salon itself. Their restaurant food is good.

This is the worst hotel to stay in Colva. We arrived at this hotel sharp at 11.45AM, the receptionist told us to wait for 5 minutes as cleaning work was going on. We stood outside almost for half n hour of hotel with our baggages as there were only 2 chairs available and none of them was vacant.Hotel staff doesnt seems to welcome their guests.We entered the room, it was big enough but the ceilings and walls were having leakage marks. Bed and Sofa were too soft, we ended up with back pain. AC was spitting out water, we filled up almost 10 glasses. Tiles were broken in the Bathroom anyone could get a cut easily. We did not complain because we just wanted to spend 2 nights.They have their own restaurant but if you are big foodie, theres not much options available.Colva beach is bit far from this hotel.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would rate this hotel as good and perfect for a nights stay.This is located about 2 kms from the Colva Beach. The hotel has facilities like fitness centre (not sure if its complimentary for the guests),spa and salon (the hotel was advertising 20% discount),restaurant and also has a super market very close by.Coming to the rooms I had opted for a AC room (all rooms are AC) for a nights stay. The room size is pretty Ok. The room is provided with LCD TV, toiletries,hot and cold water,complimentary breakfast. The beds are comfortable,AC cooling was also good. However the sad part was that in the washroom there was a problem with the drainage line, hence water was not getting drained while having a shower.The electric panel was loose which needed to be fixed. Restaurant is on the second floor and they serve Indian,Chinese, Continental.One big drawback is that there is public transport not so frequently available from this location. Its better if you are travelling to the railway station or airport you do not depend on the public transport or else book a public transport in advance by walking upto the Colva Beach. The hotel arranges for a pick up and drop which is chargeable. Not much attractions nearby except the beach.

The hotel is located at 15 min walk from Colva beach and is located in the main market where you can get all necessary things. Right outside the hotel there is a mini-super market. The rooms are good and service is excellent. Special thanks to the management of the hotel for taking extra care and providing exceptional service. This is very rare and i really thank them for their 24*7 availability and arrangement. However, i would suggest to expand the food options in breakfast and improve their quality. Rest i think all is well given the pricing and location.

Good Hotel to stay.Facilities are good except wi-fi which was slow.It was at a walk-able distance from Colva Beach.Food was average at the hotel but you have bear by other restaurant.You have a super market beside it where you can get all your boozing stuff. Worth for money i booked.

The hotel is located around 500 mtr from main colva beach, the deluxe rooms are little cozy where as super deluxe are little larger with no difference in facility. the staff is friendly and the cooks are fair enough. Breakfast options could be increased as its the same menu everyday, for vegetarians its parotha and butter n jam breads, poha, and for non-vegetarians its omlet. All in all good stay do check for actual rate applicable after taxes ...

My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The moment we arrived at the hotel, I was a bit disappointed because personally I feel its not that appealing from outside. We were greeted at the reception by an elderly man (must be in his 40s) who was quite courteous and soft spoken. The rooms were nice and tidy, though the washrooms should have been a bit bigger. They have an in-house restaurant named Tandoori Zaika which serves pretty good food at an affordable rate.As both of us like to workout even when we are away on vacation, we were quite content visiting their gym as they have all the basic equipments.All the other staffs were quite helpful as well. All in all, if your running a bit tight on your budget, this hotel in South Goa will certainly not dismay you.

The hotel is hardly 3 km from madgaon bus stand and 1.5 km from colva beach.The best part is its spacious room with cozy bed.The washrooms r neat n clean.You shouldnt miss the hotel restaurant which serves hygienic n tasty food.Go for it,highly recommended.

The Person at the reception is very INFLEXIBLE. He would not let you check in early, even when you have a 1 year old baby. We were ready to pay extra for that extra hour or 2, he said no rooms are under maintenance and will be repaired by 12 Only. We booked 3 Suite rooms and even requested to give us 1 normal room so that the Baby can be accommodated which he refused. We had to check in to another hotel for 2 odd hours. I understand if they were sold out but they had rooms and still said NO. Best part they gave us 1 room at 12pm and the remaining 2 rooms we got almost 2 hours late. So they want us to be flexible but they cant be.

Well maintained, clean room with amenities as promised. 5 stars specially for the bed and mattress. Although there are a few negatives, overall good experience. Noise from the kitchen is disturbing.

Ocean Residency is one of the best hotels in South Goa.Mr.Banerjee a cute personality resembling ocean residency welcome us with smile on his face.We booked deluxe room through ibibo but he upgraded us to super deluxe room without any extra cost.he even gave us an option to move into deluxe apartment few kms away but we were satisfied we the same hotel.The best part was we were given complimentary tea ? maker,clean towel,bottle of shampoo and body lotion.Bedroom was amazing with four layer of spring mattress giving us all the comforts.A/C and Small refrigerator was working in the good condition.room was neat and clean,washroom was clean and hygienic.This hotel have very neat and clean in-house restaurant with professional cook delivering tastier and mouth watering food.Food price was very low but I can promise quality was never compromised.Gymnasium was free to use even we were offered free steam bath,but we didnt use it.The owner of this hotel belongs to New Delhi and was very nice and taking care of everything professionally.On request Mr.Banerjee provide us complimentary drop to Airport.If anybody going through my reviews Im urging please visit this property once Ill definitely recommend ocean residency to everyone.Especially Mr.Banerjee thanks for giving us this wow service,thanks to goibibo for giving me such wonderful deal.pretty soon Ill visit you guys once again.PREM BHUSHAN 8********* NEW DELHI

This was my 1st trip to goa and this Hotel is in South Goa..so we didn’t had any idea of traveling facilities except hiring a bike but hotel staff helped us a lot as their is no Ola or Uber facility in goa they helped us with cab n even rickshaw for nearby traveling.staffs are really helpful n co operative ... best thing was food just loved it .. so overall experience was really good from check in to check out .

Sometimes you have to struggle to get the work done, I did not get get clean room for 2 days. The internet was working but only in hallway. Neither in room nor in restaurant. Rooms are clean but a bit small for more than one people.15 mins walking distance from Colva beach. Theres a supermarket in the adjacent building and you can rent a bike just right across the street. Overall experience, I think it was nice place to stay.

Pathetic hotel. Dirty Rooms full of rodents and rats. We had to leave the hotel early before checkout date as the hotel response was pathetic on the complaints of rats .I dont advise this hotel at all. Not sure how they are getting good reviews , might be paid.
