Please dont choose this one... We stayed in this property during our college tour.. We experienced the very bad services...Staff are terrible..and the bus team which they arranged,are also not worth a penny.

Ipad and Mobile worth Rs. 60,000 were STOLEN from the room:We checked-in the De Aalayam hotel room no. 101 on 21 Dec 19 and check-out on 24 Dec 19 and the owner of the Colva Tavern Hotel is same. I am sharing my incident so that you know, Avinash, the common owner of these hotels is a big thief.On 23 Dec 19, when we were out for sight-seeing, my iPad pro and My Wifes phone were STOLEN which was kept on charge inside the room. There was no sign of forceful entry in the room, hence it was obvious a duplicate key was used. On finding that the devices were missing from the place where we kept them for charging, I complained to the owner Avinash. First, he assured us not to worry and said the rooms are covered by CCTV. However, 2 hours later he informed me that only my room 101 is not covered by CCTV. He requested me not to raise any police complain against him or the hotel as it is a matter of reputation and assured me he will cross-question his staff and retrieve my devices. In case he can not retrieve my devices, he promised he will at least compensate half of the amount of the stolen devices i.e. Rs. 30,000.Our check-out was prescheduled for 24 Dec 19. As my stolen devices can be used for unlawful activities, I made a general missing diary at Colva police station on 24 Dec 19 without holding anyone responsible and left the hotel and Goa. A copy of the police complain is attached.Avinash (the owner) kept changing his stance from then onwards, with explanation like he fired his staff, he is coordinating with police to find the devices and finally blaming me for not caring about my staffs and leaving those inside the hotel room up to the extent that I am lying and back mailing him whereas nothing was stolen.This however, remains a fact that, would he been able to show me footage of the CCTV, I would have been very happy to sort out the matter on 23 Dec 19 night.Finally, I will caution everyone not to book this hotel as this is a hotel of a bunch of thieves and dishonest people and always check your room is CCTV covered before checking into any hotel.

Would never recommend this place to anyone .. sleep on road but not in this hotel . They charged us 1530 and assuming it will be good place we took . No bucket foe bath . washroom , gyser wire broken and hence no gyser .. hell lot of mosquittos and no tv no ac .. worst place

I got complimentary breakfast from the hotel. It tasted fine. The front view of the hotel is just amazing of the greenery around. The house keeping was very good with whatever I ordered with the hotel stay and all. The hotel had a great hospitality. The couples and family would love their stay here such a peaceful place and ambiance of this hotel. And adding to it one wouldnt find any difficulty in locating the hotel with and without gps also.

It was awesome experience, enjoyed a lot try to come again but this time with friends. Hotel added 1 more star in the vacation. Welcome to the hotel by the staff is always appreciated by me. Very poor services.... They dont even clean the rooms..

We were 3 bachelors, rooms and amenities were good. It has 24/7 food order service . Overall our stay was nice. Colva beach is on 5-10 min waling distance.

Here hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly.Good location. Just 10 minutes walk to Colva Beach. Lots of restuarants, icecream parlours, grocery shops and other shops are nearby.

Think twice before booking this property. They are cheaters. If booked online then very rare to get refund and they will show different properties where its difficult to stay. I have got cancelled there booking through booking.com and just spoke to a government official to take stern action agaist such cheaters. Shortly, I will issue a show cause notice. BEWARE from fraudsters.

The rooms were okay with pretty much all the necessary amenities.The other part of the hotel was apparently under renovation and didnt look so appealing - it looked pretty old and drab. Probably itll look better once the renovation is complete. Its very close to the Colva beach - around a 5-10 minutes walk. There are all sorts of stores around the hotel if you need anything. Theres a general store right next to it and a fruit shop right across the road just FYI.

Neither the room nor the Building is as shown on google or other websites. Also if you call to confirm they tell you your booking is confirm but when you actually visit the hotel they ask you to pay double the amount of online booking or else no admission. When I visited almost everyone was arguing with them for the same.

Not good for family, TV & water heater not working, AC was not working in some rooms, no response from staff after repeated Complaints, rude behavior from staff & owner, had to leave the rooms after 2 hrs of check-in. Fooling people with good pics of other hotels. Never visit there...

If you want a cheap room go for this. Please dont book in the name of pearl beach resort . Because they hooked up to a trash itself. NB : Pearl beach resort doesnt exist!!

Very shabby place. We booked two rooms via MakemyTrip. But when we went for check-in they told only one room is available. They arranged another hotel for us which was equally shabby. And there also they didnt have two rooms available.

A good hotel located nicely close to the Colva beach. When I arrived the hotel, they had offered me a good welcome and didnt made us wait in offering room, rest services were also timely provided.

It is a decent place to stay near Colva beach.Almost everything is available nearby to this hotel.

The room allotted to me is not upto mark, but they have 3 hotels in the area and they shifted me in their another hotel and which is so good. it was great help for me particularly in such a peack season.
