It was spacious with all required facilities in a home. Comfortable beds and sofas, with netflix ❤. Kitchen had good utensils to cook. Balconies were big. Bathrooms were good. Beautiful sunlight ...overall loved my stay there

Our stay at Sea esta homes was very pleasant and memorable. The wifi was excellent for us to wfh for 2 weeks , only had a glitch for few hours due to heavy rains. The house was very well maintained - the interiors are done very meticulously , the kitchen facilities are top notch with anything and everything right there for any day to day needs . The caretaker cooks good food and was very flexible for all our requirements , he used to bring vegetables /groceries if asked to.The best part was the access to the gym and the swimming pool, the beach was also a short drive away.We had an amazing stay , Mr Alok was also very friendly and available for any concerns - which we did not had during our stay.

Umbrella in the house and regular Deep cleaning would help! Rest other comforts are there

Amazing place if you are in south goa

Sea Esta Holiday Homes (EXHO 2) and we had a fantastic experience. So, I had to share the experience with you guys.- Owner was really helpful in answering all our queries.- The apartment was spotlessly clean.- Pool was with jets and chlorine free and super clean.- It’s located about 400 mtrs from Colva beach, that’s like 8-10 minutes walk.- They provided many complementary snacks with some milk, eggs and butter in the fridge too.- Price was around 4500 per night.Would strongly recommend.

It is a nice, clean, newly constructed and maintained place with swimming pool and gym. Apartments are equipped with all utilities especially the kitchen...Also Alok Jis hospitality is excellent. He helped us in making our program to utilise our holidays well. He also helped us in finding a doctor and even getting medicines. He makes sure the guests have a comfortable stay. Would love to put up at his place every year.

We did our staycation here & stayed for a month. This place is amazing. Filled with all amenities, we lived like our home & didnt feel like coming back. Aloks hospitality is worth mentioning. He was always available for any guidance and to share recommended places to visit. Since I was working remotely, its a peaceful place to stay with good wifi & I could work without interruption. Excelent location and pleasant stay.Its 1 BHK appartment with all facilities.No issue with parking space. Colva beach is one of the best beach in south goa and its at walkable distance from Sea Esta.Pure Veg restaurant Sagar Kinara too is less than 1 km. Market is easily accessible. Alok is very polite and cooperative. Much happy with the hospitality. I will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Hi, we had visited in the month of Nov. I booked it 3 bhk apartment. The fakt was really well maintained. Dining hall has modern look., Led tv, good quality sofa and AC. Every rooms has ac. The rooms are exactly same as shown in online pics. Initially while booking the room a thought came in mind that it may be photo editing but when I looked the flat I was stunned. The day when we arrived had my best friend, s birthday and want to give him suprise . I spoke the care taker Mr. Alok Nayak and he arranged very well, a beautiful cake, dining hall was decorated with balloons and a bottle of champagne. What else u require when in Goa. Thanks a lot to Alok. I have never seen such care taker. If you require anything, he is just a call away and arrange the things. Usually we go atleast once a year to Goa and stayed different locations. Basically loved south Goa due to serenity and calmness. Next time when we visit Goa will definitely have atleast couple of days over here. If u have any plan to Goa atleast keep this apartment in your radar

We stayed here for six nights and it was a never forgetting experience. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and with all the amenities. Kudos to Mr Aloks hospitality. He always enquired about our needs with warmth and smile. With a clean swimming pool, a large club house and a state of the art gym, we would highly recommend this property to those who are looking for luxurious stay near the beach.

If you are looking for an apartment to stay in South Goa , let this be it. Its not massive in size ..it will be around 500 sq ft but you will feel comfy.WiFi, kitchen with oven -mixer gas etc. is there. + Washing machine+ 2 TVs . They have nice dining table.The one this lacking is 2 bathrooms .There is club house where you have TT , chess , carrom , gym . Overall it will be a good and relaxing stay.Colva beach will be 20 mins walk. Google maps is not good for navigation for this place. Better you navigate for Sagar Kinara restaurant and then from there navigate for this place.If you are staying at this place you should try food at red ginger .

We (2 families including 3 kids) Stayed for 6 nights in one of the 3 BHK apt of Sea Esta in Colva from 23rd Nov to 29th Nov.Had a great experience. Clean, luxurious and fully furnished rooms with all the facilities. Its like home away from home.The premises i.e. Parking, swiming pool was also clean. 5 min walk from Colva beach (even though one has to walk through fishers village) and abt 10 min walk from main Colva market.We had booked for 4 nights and were supposed to shift to a sea side shack for couple of nights. However liked the stay and hence extended our stay here itself.However, its not just apts what made us to stay longer. It was Aloks hospitality made us decide to extend our stay at Sea Esta.His hospitality is worth mentioning. Very sift spoken, always available if need arises. Provides suggestions on restaurants and speciality dishes, places to visit etc. In fact we had long discussions on various topics too.Would always recommend Sea Esta for peaceful stay. Especially for Aloks hospitality and his services. The stay was very good. The apartment is well maintained having big rooms and equipped with fully functional kitchen. It is located at a walkable distance from the beach. If you are visiting goa with a group then this is awesome place to stay.

Its a nice place. Newly made appartments with modern fittings and amenities.Has a huge balcony in the bedroom. Hardly 5 mins away from the beach.Host is really kind and considerate.
