Whenever I call they are always very helpful. Adella is especially friendly and attentive. I sometimes run into issues with the new website and they are exceedingly kind and patient--which is quite impressive because I suspect that I am not the only doc whom has lots of questions on the new procedures and processes. Ohio docs are lucky to have such kind people coordinating/managing our license info.

Very helpful any time Ive ever called with questions. Responses never condescending or imply you should have already known the answer. Always respond promptly with emails. Dave is particularly friendly and helpful. I think Ohio docs are extremely lucky.
