I love going to Diamond Nails, the people are awesome and real down to earth!! I love that about them cause I’ve been to places that have made me feel unwanted or didn’t belong, but not Diamond nails!! They have a lot of colors to chose from, so much that I can’t ever decide, so I have Diane chose for me!! Awesome job and thanks for making me feel more than just a $$!!
Had the biggest yeti cup full of ice fallon my big toe, went in for the first time a few months back with my whole toe bruised up and asked if it was possible to still get a pedicure. they said yes! made it look fabulous.... but eventually the toe nail came completely off. went in a got this set, and asked if they could build me a big toe lol. sho nuff i left a bad biiiiii again ✨🥰 love the vibes in this place
The nails turned out pretty but $60 for a fill? $95 for a full set with gel polish? That’s ridiculous. I use to love this place but I won’t be back. Ken up the street does a better job for half the price
I only called looking for a person who supposedly worked at this place & was rudely hung up on by Corey. He also rudely rushed me off the phone!P.S. To the owner: Corey didnt say hello three times before disconnecting. The second time I called, instead of trying to help me, he very rudely asked if I had any other questions as if he was in rush. If the shop is busy & he couldnt speak, he couldve kindly said that.. But its fine I figured out the woman I was looking for from Instagram is Bri. You couldve kept your sorry apology because you didnt help either.
Very nice people, lol my cuticles are very sore but everything was nice. Bit pricey but for the work was worth it but I think thats for any nail salon. They dont do military either just a heads up.
Waited over two hours and nails were thick and ugly. Prices are outrageous for a gel pedicure. Went twice and each time I was disappointed

This was my daughters first time at Diamond nails. We were extremely impressed! Minnie did a fantastic job on her French tip S&S nails. All the employees were friendly. We will certainly be returning!
Horrible experience she made my real nails look fake by putting thick polish on. She did not even give me a true manicure. Then they had the audacity to charge me to take it off because I did not like it. Never will go back!
I understand everything that’s going on with Covid however, a simple hello when a client enters is not asking much. I sat there for 15 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged. If you don’t like working with the public then don’t work or own a business that requires you to provide a service to People.
Pleasant experience, one small problem that was promptly handled. I will definitely return. Minnie makes my being there extra special. Her talent, skill and creativity are the best.I left town just after getting my a gel pedi and a dip manicure. It lasted for more than 4 weeks. Shes amazing.

I came in an hour before they close and they said they could not do my nails. The nails I have gotten here before last around 6 days. If you are even the slightest bit rude they talk about you when you leave.

The absolute best nail salon in town. If you call ahead of time to make an appointment you can avoid waiting. Tony and Lisa are top notch at doing acrylics and dip nails with different designs. Theyve got tons of different services and color options. Highly recommend if youre searching for somewhere to get your nails done and youre picky like me.

I was educated on the various types of products upon entering the store.Tony was fantastic with giving me what I envisioned for my nails. I was referred to him. Im glad I came. He met my expectations. I will return!
Just make sure you make an appointment because they are usually pretty busy but if you walk in be prepared to wait for a while. Other than that the staff is polite and welcoming. Was very satisfied with my nails and the tech. Will keep visiting. Do I recommend? I say give it a try.
I will start off by saying that I will never go here again. To begin with, I sat in a pedicure chair for at least 30 minutes with my feet in the water which was cold before anyone came to do the actual pedicure.The woman who gave me the pedicure, (who I believe may be the owner because her family picture was hanging by the register), hardly said two words to me besides asking me about other services that cost extra. While clipping my cuticles she cut me and I started to bleed. She used the towel under my feet to stop the bleeding then placed it back under. She had to stop doing my pedicure multiple times to make change for other employees while wearing the same gloves she had just touched my feet with. The same gloves she had touched my feet and the cash with also got dipped in to a community container of foot scrub which I find absolutely DISGUSTING. I can only imagine the bacteria growing in that thing. She took the towel resting under my feet with my blood, some scrub, and water that had been wiped on to it and shook off the nail and cuticle clippings she had also been wiping on to it, some of which landed on my legs, arm, and the chair. She then proceeded to use that same towel to dry off my legs and feet for lotion before applying hot wet towels. She used two towels, one wrapped around both legs and one wrapped around my ankles and my feet, and then placed that nasty towel over those hot towels. I look over at the female next to me and she has two towels wrapped individually on both legs and a second set of towels wrapped individually over both feet only exposing the toes so that they can be painted. I find it offensive that I was not afforded the same standard of pedicure for the same price especially if this woman is the owner. You’d think she would hold the highest standards. Once my toenails were dry, I noticed that they needed at least one more coat of polish but at this point I was so fed up that I just paid and left. I’ve never received such poor treatment from an establishment that provides services that are supposed to make women feel good about themselves.
This is the 3rd place I’ve tried since being in the area. I finally think I’ve found the place I can stick with. The lady who did my nails was awesome. The place was busy but I didn’t see that people had to wait a long time. It’s been 2 weeks and my nails aren’t lifting..I’ll def be going back.

I have used this kind of service for nails for 40 years! I’ve even bought the materials to do acrylic nails on myself back in the early 80’s because places using the filing electric tools were not available or used here (or perhaps everywhere )! I figured after playing the piano my entire life in spite of having nice, but shorter nails, I likely could do this myself since the appointments were lengthy(like 2 hours or longer) and difficult to work into a busy working life!! All that to say, this is a place that understands quality work, since I know enough to be picky, the importance of the client, safety, cleanliness, and reliability!! When I’ve given my opinion, I was not ignored or shrugged off
I have been going to this salon off and on for years. This time I went in on feb. 23.2020 and got a regular manicure on my real nails with a gel polish and of course the one I picked was $10 more than the normal gel polish because it sparkled differently. Meme the owner was my nail tech this day. My total was $35, $40 with the tip I left. This was a Sunday evening around 4pm and there was no wait when I went in thankfully. My nails looked ok they could’ve used another coat of polish but they lasted almost 2 weeks. So I went back on March 11.2020 around 3 p.m. just for a color change same kind of polish, the $10 extra kind. A guy was my tech this time I’m not sure if his name but he was nice. This time my total was $30, $35 with my tip JUST FOR A COLOR CHANGE. When I asked about this price the woman was rude and didn’t care. Meme the owner had left by this time. I called the location maybe 15 min later and she still wasn’t there. So I called again on March 12.2020 and finally spoke with the owner Meme who was VERY VERY rude and was over talking me the whole time. It was obvious that she and the people that worked there had already talked about me because she had a story ready for why my prices were so different which was a lie and I told her this several times during our short rude conversation. Also not even 24 hours after my $35 COLOR CHANGE ONLY my nails were chipped and cracked. Meme told me to come back the next day (Friday 3/13) and she would fix them but of course she wasn’t there and none of the other people offered to help me or seemed to care. It really is sad because I use to love coming here but they have COMPLETELY changed over the years and have become very RUDE and unprofessional. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. And I will NEVER refer anyone else to this place. I wish I could give them zero stars. I feel like someone robbed me of $35.***update*** I left a review on their fb page and now the owner is messaging me on fb and has her friends/family or co workers leaving theses kinds of remarks.
Good service but I was charged $35 for a basic full set with no polish. I asked if they had changes their prices because the board said $23 and up but he said it had been that price always but Ive never paid that much for a full set.
Beth is absolutely amazing! She suggested that I try the mint mimosa pedicure and I loved the scent and minty feel of the pedicure! Definitely will recommend her & will come again! Thanks Beth!
Not super impressed with their pedicures. It was my childs first time getting a pedicure and the pedicure chair was broke. I feel its part of the experience and had bragged about it. I think the thing that upset me the most is that they didnt seem to care. They charged me a adult pedicure and most places have children pedicure prices and they did not. So i spent 100 on three pedicures and still tip! Sad

Salon was dirty and hot. Asked if they had air conditioning and was told yes and they’d turn it on but never got cool. Gentleman employee left gel around my fingers and didn’t clean off. Daughters SNS polish looks like press on nails they are so high off her cuticle they look horrible. Very pricey too. Fill in was $30. Will not be visiting there again.

My nails are uneven and my paint is starting to peel. Instead of putting on clear coat he put on an extra layer of gel. I tried to tell him but he wouldnt listen until I told him to touch my nail. They used to be good now theyre lazy. Trying to stay loyal but Im more disappointed the more I show up. Im extremely aggravated I just want to take my nails off
I was in Columbus for work and during my time down there, I needed my nails redone. I should have just waited til I got back to Augusta, but this place was recommended to me so I gave it a try. The nails themselves did not look bad, but they didnt even last me two weeks. The product that they used had a horrible effect on my real nails and those look even worse. Ive never had an issue like this with my place back home. They always last me 3 weeks or more and my real nails are never damaged like they are now. Im not sure if this was just a fluke, if I had a new person, or if they just didnt care because they would never see me again, but when I pay over $50 (including tip) for nails, I expect them to be durable and not destroy my nail bed.
One of the worse nail shops I’ve ever visited. I walked and I was told that it was only two people ahead of me. I literally sat there for an hour while everyone who walked in after me was immediately seated. Never acknowledged again after sitting there for an hour and 15 minutes. If you are new customer don’t bother visiting this place. Not even acknowledged as I walked out.
I was very disappointed. I came in to get my nails done, I got a simple full set no polish and he was nice to me and accommodating. After I left about a day later the nails started coming off at the bottom I guess the glue wasnt a good quality but they look terrible they look like Ive had them for weeks and I work at a desk so I havent been doing anything that would be hard on them whatsoever.
Came here for gel polish and my first experience was wonderful. My next experiences were absolutely horrendous. Nail polish started to lift the next day so I came back for a fix. The person fixing my one nail decided to fix all of my nails and put the polish on so thick they all peeled the next day. I went back in and they did not have time for me after I sat there for thirty minutes. Dont waste your time and money here. I truly wanted to like this place..... If you do go here, the lady at desk 9 was good and nice.

Since I moved here from Texas, I was looking for a new nail salon so I took a chance on a location up the hill on Whittlesey near Panda Express... however, they had me waiting for over 40 minutes. Out of desperation, I called Diamond Nails and spoke with Minnie. She told me to drive right on over and theyd take care of me....and they did!! The salon was clean, pleasing to the eye and relaxing unlike the other salon. Im over the moon with my acrylic nail set by Scott! They went above and beyond my expectations for this first time customer!! 👌🤗
I love to get my nails done here, especially by Tony. With no appointment necessary, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The technicians are extremely sanitary in terms of tool use, and they truly care if you are happy with your results.

This time the owner painted my nails. I asked for designs on my fingers and he ignored me. I told him I wanted designs and he acted like he had an attitude. I told him forget it. I will NEVER go back to that shop! SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE! If we pay our money it is there job to satisfy the customer. You would think the owner will take care of his customers! Poor business!!! I give them a F!

I dont usually go to mainstream salons and this is why. I went to this place to get a fill. I brought my cousin along to get her nails done as well. I will start by saying my nails and her nails look good and we are pleased. However, i am an extremely picky person and i also know how to do nails. Im no professional but i know what to do. With my direction on what i wanted and how i wanted i came out with my nails looking fine. My cousin was not originally pleased with her nails and was having ALOT of trouble communicating this to the tech. I understand the language barrier and have no big issue with it but even when we had someone (who i believe is the owner) translate it was not what she had asked for. When she went to get her toes done the other nail tech was extremely rude asking her to take her socks off knowing her nails werent fully dry. Needless to say, i had to fix her nails myself and they still tried to upcharge her. The place is small and just like other salons, they charge for every little thing. A fill that would have normally cost me 25 or 30 with tip and no wait costed me 45. Ill continue to support black owned businesses.
