Flexx changed my life. Seriously. I was previously going to a different chiropractor. I saw a lot of improvement with them, but after nearly two years, I wasn’t happy with my progress for my pain. I couldn’t imagine feeling that way forever and continuing to do everything they required that didn’t seem to help.I discovered Flexx on Instagram and am so glad I did! Instantly, I noticed how professional and attentive the Flexx staff were compared to my last chiropractor. Plus, Dr. Shana Thomas actually listened to my concerns and addressed all of my pain. I quickly realized how much care I was missing. Within 6 weeks, she improved my pain in ways the other chiropractor hadnt done in 6 months.Now, I have very little pain and discomfort unless I over exert myself too much. If I do, Flexx will quickly address it and fix it!I give Flexx 5 stars for the staff, the atmosphere, the communication, the professionalism, and most importantly, the care. I recommend them to everyone!

The treatments, stretches and exercises have been extremely helpful for chronic pain from old gymnastics/dance injuries. I would recommend Flexx to anyone for treatment or maintenance of spinal health.

They have done so much for my skeletal system in the past 5 years. I come in stiff and out of alignment and leave feeling fabulous. They are so professional and accommodating. The new facility is terrific - closer to town and open and airy. Try them - you’ll love it.

Highly recommend! She has helped me and my daughter so much. I have had back pain from a pinched nerve and was considering surgery. So far Dr Thomas has reduced my pain by 85% and kept me from having surgery. My daughter started going to her for whiplash. Aubrey loves going for her maintenance adjustments that have also helped with her awful acid reflux. We love this place.

They were very responsive about getting an appointment set for eval and treatment but spent more time on trying to sell me on the benefits of chiropractor care when I was already aware of the benefits. I was in pain but they were focused on sales videos and brochure sale pitches even at the DR level. Left without care and still in pain and very frustrated at the waste of time.

Beware of this place! I would give them a zero rating if that was possible! I called to schedule an appointment and asked if they were in network with my insurance company. I was told “We are in network with a lot of insurances”. When I got there, the wait time was fairly quick. They took me back and did the normal height, weight, and BP. After that I was taken into a small room where the “doctor” came in to talk with me and tried to sell me on the benefits of a chiropractor. They put on a 5-6 minute video that also tried to sell me on the use of chiropractors. I have been seeing chiropractors for 20+ years. I know what they can do. When the video finished someone came in from “billing and insurance” and informed me that my insurance would not pay for the initial exam and xrays and that would be a total of $80. She also said my insurance would pay for adjustments though. At that point I should have just left, but, being in pain I continued on for the xrays. That was ok. However, something just didn’t feel right. So I called my insurance company this morning to verify coverage at which time I found out that my insurance would NOT cover anything there until after my out-of-network deductible was met. I was lied to from the very beginning. Shame on me for not checking into this before I went. Shame on them for lying straight to my face about everything. Today I will be seeing a real chiropractor!Oh yeah! And at the very end of the appointment, I was given a brochure that told me they use actuators which are the little hand held clicker things. They do not do manipulative adjustments. Also when I called to cancel my appointment, I was told I could come by and view my xrays but they would have to keep them.

I wouldnt waste your time here. I went in thinking it was a chiropractor and was going to get adjustments. They had to take xrays which cost a good bit, and is understandable, then I come in for second visit to get adjusted and they pull out a little handheld thing that lightly thumps your back and does nothing, I wasnt aware that that all it was until after I was over $100 in, and I told them they mislead me and why am I just now finding out they dont do real adjustments. They told me to give them 2 weeks so I did and I wanted my money cause it dont do nothing. Soo afte $300 wasted I go to a real chiropractor and they need my xra6, so I go to Flexx and they wanting more money just to release my xrays I already paid alot for. This place is a joke, they dont care about your health, just your money. Take my advice and save your time and money and find a real chiropractor in town.

When I first came for help if was for a aching knee and shoulder pain from a failed rotator cuff surgery. Within two sessions my knee pain was completely gone. After a few weeks I am as good as new. I highly recommend Saum clinic in Columbus Ms. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Great !!!!

I just moved out of MS to VA and my only regret leaving the state is that I couldnt take my chiropractor with me. They were caring and compassionate, and great with small children.

They don’t return emails or calls. Called them to try to make an appointment and never got a call back. Emailed them through their site and never got a response. I’ve done this a total of 4 times in a year, I gave up.
