Ellie was my consultant and gave me the most fantastic experience shopping for my gown! I came in asking for tasteful Middle Earth, Lord of the Rings, wood elf goddess and Ellie was ON IT like butter on toast. During our appointment, in between gorgeous flowing woodland-fantasy dresses that were all in my budget, Ellie pulled some dresses that helped challenge me (which every bride needs after trying on a few dozen dresses), and others that helped refresh my pallet, before finding me THE most perfect, elegant, made-me-feel-like-a-powerful-gorgeous-queen-elf dress - my future wedding dress.The appointment was great, and the pandemic safety precautions were excellent. It felt a bit weird/crazy to buy the actual dress THAT DAY (and walk down High St with it) but I do understand thats how a designer sample bridal boutique works. All the dresses I tried on were clean and in great condition. Overall, great selection of choices, personable and helpful staff who are respectful of a budget, and a clean and safe environment. Would definitely recommend!

There are a few things I wish I could experience again for the first time without knowing the ending: re-read the Harry Potter books, and Re-experience this day at Luxe Redux. It was amazing! A fun experience with kind, friendly and outgoing people who seemed to become part of our family. Maya was so great, patient as I tried on lots of styles to find the perfect one for me. Loved this experience, love my dress, and especially love that I could stay in a reasonable price range. Totally recommend!!!

Wish this place was around when I was dress shopping. I booked an appointment for a friend and the whole experience was wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about this boutique, their customer service, or my dress. I waited until the last minute and found myself frantically searching google for a dress 2.5 months out from my wedding. I fell in love with a Leanne Marshall gown I found on their site and messaged them for more info. I was promptly emailed back by Anna at the flagship location in Columbus. The dress I happened to love was marked as fair condition unlike the other 99% on their site that are good/great. Anna sent over pictures of the dress from every angle pointing out any little imperfection and was very honest with me and explained that this dress came to them in less than ideal condition and didnt meet their typical quality standards, (the heavily discounted pricing also reflected this). She wanted me to be confident and fully aware of all the details before purchasing, and I really appreciated that. Shopping for a gown online can be nerve racking because you really dont know what youre getting, but thanks to her I did. It was packaged beautifully and arrived at my office within 3 days. After alterations and a little TLC, my dress was absolutely gorgeous. My friends could not believe what I paid for my full silk gown. If youre hesitant to shop online with them or try the Luxe in a box - dont be. My dress didnt meet their quality standards and I still couldnt have been happier with it. They were so accommodating to my budget, even sending a list of dresses they had available ahead of my appointment to ensure they had something within budget that I wanted to try on.Best of all, Natalee was so easy to talk to and got me excited about the process! I had the best time at this shop! I had tried one other shop before this and wish I had just come here first. The dresses were so reasonably priced with a wide range depending on your budget. Natalee, who helped me, was fabulous. She was amazing at making me feel comfortable and pulled dresses I really liked. Overall, such a delightful experience and would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience! Chelsea helped me in and out of all of my dresses. She was so good about listening to what I liked and didn’t like. She was never impatient or pushy. She was just so nice to work with. I liked how they let you see yourself before the big revel so you could get an idea of what you looked like before showing off the dresses. Chelsea also did such a phenomenal job at making the dress fit me in a way I could see how the dress would actually look once altered. I’ve had other dress places secure them but not fit them to my body. It definitely made the dresses more appealing how Chelsea artfully fastened them :-). I love love loves my experience and I for sure recommend checking this place out.I made a reservation on a Thursday and there was one parking spot available on the street on Russle. It’s meter parking. There is also a parking garage not too far at all, so that’s convenient :-).

First of all, WOW. I had the toughest time finding a dress. I ended up visiting numerous salons, and the welcoming atmosphere at Luxe Redux was like no other! Vanessa was my consultant and I cannot emphasize enough as to how great she was. I had the pleasure of revisiting a few times and meeting the other girls at the salon. The staff is SO helpful and welcoming, I felt like part of their Luxe family! I would recommend Luxe Redux to any bride-to-be!

For my first shopping experience I visited the Columbus Luxe shop and was blown away by how wonderful and warm the entire staff was! I worked with Chelsea and she was incredible! I was very nervous and a little anxious about beginning this process but she not only answered all of my questions but made me feel so comfortable and confident. I cannot sing her praises enough. This company does not care about brides that do not get their wedding gown else where. I made a day trip to the Cincinnati bridal district and had multiple appointments scheduled that day. I found my gown at a different store one hour prior to my appointment with Luxe Redux and I called to cancel. No one reminded me or informed me during that phone call that I would be charged $50 for canceling my appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time. One bride should not be penalized because she found her gown elsewhere. THE WORST POLICY I HAVE EVER HEARD OF.**** reply to owner’s responseLuxe Redux Bridal Very professional first paragraph. I have every right to express however I feel, however many times I wish. What is the most upsetting to me is that you did not convey any reminder of your cancellation policy when I called to cancel my appointment. Yes I “simply forgot” because I just said yes to a dress 10 mins prior to calling your store and I was told the policy 4 months prior to that....You just expect people to remember a stupid policy for an appointment that they had no intention of canceling which I clearly didn’t plan on cancel. You are the only store that I spoke to (which was a total of 5) that had a cancellation policy. And after reading other comments I have found other brides had the same complaint about your policy. So for future reference maybe give a friendly reminder on the phone when people do call to cancel just prior to charging their card, because yes people do simply forget.

This boutique was amazing!! So clean, so beautiful. I loved that the whole store was closed for just myself and my mothers. I went to Luxe Redux three times - one to originally try on dresses, one to bring in dresses from online to compare to one I loved there (super weird I know, but they were still so great about it), and one to finally buy my amazing dress!!Every time I saw a different person and they were all AMAZING. I recently had the pleasure to visit Luxe Redux with my family entourage, and Vanessa worked with us as a kind, professional and helpful stylist! My entire experience at Luxe Redux Bridal was wonderful. I worked with Chelsea, who was knowledgable, fun, kind, and made me feel at ease (I was super nervous!). She (and all the Luxe girls we met) were so sweet and made the process fun and comfortable! I felt like Chelsea was my sister - she gave honest opinions and was understanding of areas I wanted to highlight or minimize, helped me narrow down my style, and was so knowledgeable about all the designers, fits, fabrics and wear of the gowns! She helped me find the perfect dress, at the perfect price, with my favorite designer, and I am so very happy!! Luxe Redux was INCREDIBLE. I cannot put my love for my experience into words. Before even thinking about dresses, Chelsea got to know me as a person and asked about my fiancé and our relationship. She is so talented; I never told her my size and she pulled dresses off the racks that almost all fit like a glove. The very first dress I tried on was stunning, and I was already in love. She kept choosing wonderful dresses and asked what I liked, disliked, what I missed about a different dress, etc. She chatted with me the entire time and was bubbly and personable with me and my group.The following day, after going to a high-end store, where I had a less than stellar experience, I couldn’t get the first dress Chelsea put me in out of my mind. I called the store and they squeezed me in (on top of already being double booked!) to let me put it on again. It checked every box I described to Chelsea and it was of course the one! The rest of the girls there were incredible and so helpful also, with helping me into dresses and treating me like I was the only bride in the world even though two others were there! I am so glad I went with Luxe Redux. Even if you don’t find “the one” here, it is an amazing experience and should set the standard for all bridal shops!

My consultant Madison was amazing! Of course I found a dress that was too much but she called the company to find out if they can bring down the price. She was so nice and helpful and I was worried and anxious about the people I brought but she and the whole staff made it a breeze. Definitely recommend this place!!!

I purchased my dress at LuxeRedux after a fabulous consultation with Chelsea. She was very welcoming and sweet, and really listened to what I wanted. She made me feel very comfortable, and didnt pressure me at all to decide then and there on a dress. I tried on about 6 dresses, and with each one she asked questions about what I liked and disliked, then brought me other dresses incorporating those elements. The entire staff was very pleasant, and when I returned to pay for, and again to pick up my dress, the ladies working on those days were equally cheerful and lovely.

There are two reasons I recommend looking for your wedding dress here.1. Sample size dresses are cheaper. There wasn’t anything wrong with any of the dresses I tried on. There were a couple of dresses with defects that I saw, but I believe they are priced to reflect that.2. After shopping for bridesmaids dresses, the experience you get a Luxeredux is SPECIAL. They shut down the store for you. It’s just you, your sales assistant, and whoever you bring with you. The place is yours. It’s all about you. It makes you feel SO special. I had no idea how amazing my experience was until I saw other places. There are other stores with more selection, but you will not be special. You will be trying to pick out the most important dress of your life with someone else trying to do the same thing literally a foot from you.You should go here. Even if you want to make an appointment at another salon, go here. I am so sorry for anyone who didn’t have this experience.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was awful enough to leave one. I was shopping the short north with my mom on a weekday afternoon. I am in the market for a vow renewal dress and spotted a stunning gown in the window. We stopped in and straight away asked the attendant if we needed to make an appointment, as I was interested in that style. She said that we did not and to let her know if we had any questions. She pointed me in the direction of the style of gown I was after. We were never helped again. After pulling two dresses and being scoffed at and not even acknowledged by the rude long haired brunette gal on her laptop, I asked to have a fitting room started. The original attendant then explained that we needed to make an appointment to try anything on. I explained that I asked that from the get go, and wasted a lot of time looking through dresses I couldn’t even purchase. She said she would ask her boss, and she reiterated, “absolutely not” upon being asked, as we overheard. We were the only people in the shop the ENTIRE time, while being refused service. Dresses seem great. The management is absolutely horrendous and to be honest, I’ve never been treated so poorly at ANY store before, let alone a small business. I work in this field, and will be certain to spread the word to brides in the area. Awful experience and I urge anyone in the market for a gown to go ANYWHERE else.

Luxeredux is the place to go!!!!! I got to work primarily with Chelsea and I think my family and I both could speak for days on how absolutely incredible she is!!!! Chelsea listened to what I liked about dresses, found dresses that described exactly what I envisioned, and ended up picking out THE dress!! I was obsessed with Luxeredux and wish that I could live the experience over and over again. They shut their entire store down and truly make the bride feel like the star of the show. Chelsea helped me decide between my favorite 2 dresses, and knew exactly what to say to help me envision myself walking down the aisle. Ashley, the other girl in the shop at the time was also incredible. The dress I wanted was slightly above my ideal price range and at 7:30 at night, (which is past their closing time) she called called the designer to see if they could knock the price down, and her awesome negotiating skills worked because I got it in budget! Both girls worked effortlessly with my group, allowed them to pick dresses for me to try on and knew exactly how to direct them into finding dresses that are my style and made sure I only tried on dresses in my budget. I could seriously go on and on about how incredible my experience was!!! Both ladies stayed late to make sure I was 100% sold on my dress, and I seriously walked away feeling like I gained 2 more friends. I loved them, loved my experience, and of course, LOVE my dress!!!!!

Shopping at the Columbus location. I dont have any sisters, but this sincere and enthusiastic group of ladies felt like the real deal! I had an amazing time! I thought the process of finding a wedding dress would be so stressful/tedious, but this group of girls not only made it painless, but fun, and they were so body positive! I felt like Id been friends with these girls for ages. Even though other appointments were going on, I was treated like I was the only one there. They were so considerate and helpful with my indecision. This is truly a spectacular team, I rave about them to everyone. I only wish I had more reasons to go (maybe Ill renew my vows every year)! I cannot say enough about this bridal boutique. My husband and I were married in August 2016 (this review is a little overdue), but people still comment on how beautiful and unique my dress was. The service they provided was outstanding – I found THE dress early on in my search but, being super thorough and feeling as though I needed to look at more stores prior to committing, I cautiously put it back on the shelf for about 5 days while looking at a few other locations that weekend. The girls knew I really loved the dress, however, and while they couldn’t guarantee it would be sold, they did their best to hide it on the rack for me.  And good thing, because I was SO happy when I called a few days later and they still had it – whew! Thank you so much, LUXEredux, for helping me to feel my most beautiful on what we will always remember as the most perfect day of our lives - it wouldnt have been the same without you!!

Seriously if youre a bride and you havent been to Luxeredux yet, do it! They made dress shopping fun and stress-free. I worked with Brittany and Nicole and they were amazing! I seriously felt like inviting them to the wedding we had such a great time! They helped my family pick out good dresses, they were very mindful of my budget and my tastes. It was such a great time! I would recommend this place to anyone! Please schedule an appointment, they shut down the store for you and the super professional ladies help you pick out a whole variety of dresses to try on. The best part is because even though they have a bunch of variety it isnt overwhelming, like some of those retailers who have 1000s of dresses.

My daughter made an appointment and bought her gown here; the staff was very helpful and the selection was surprisingly good. I would highly recommend shopping for your wedding dress here if you want a designer dress for less! After the wedding I will post pictures of the dress too!

Excellent customer service. Limited dress selection though this is understandable as they are a consignment studio. The consultant pushed a little hard as to how their dresses compared with dresses at other studios which ended up just making me feel uncomfortable. Overall, it was worth visiting the studio.

I went to the salon for a fitting in March, I was blown away by the selection and service that I received. Chelsea is the consultant that helped me. She made me feel beautiful Im every gown. I purchased my dress at the Cincinnati location because they had the dress I was looking for. If you have not been to LUXE check them out the salon is beautiful.

I had the best experience shopping for my wedding dress at LUXEredux. Kristen was amazing and made me feel so comfortable when trying on dresses. I found the dress of my dreams and had an amazing time doing it!!!!

I enjoyed spending time with Ashley and Nicole trying on some unexpected beauties. The selection covers a wide range of styles and budgets. Just be sure to ask about origin and any imperfections with each gown.

I went during the Sale of the year on Jan.29th. One of the consultant informed the bride in front of me about the sales, how many gowns to choose from and so fourth, and completely walked away after. Didnt even acknowledge me standing there. None of the consultant even talked or approached me. I was completely on my own. So much for my first dress experience :/ !

We had THE BEST TIME at Luxe with Ashley and Chelsea. I went to 6 different boutiques in Columbus and Cincinnati and the Columbus LUXE is by far the best boutique we went to. The dresses are amazing, they made me feel so comfortable and completely stress-free. Plus we all had a blast. They even let me come back in after a very stressful time at another boutique just to chat and help calm me down. By far the best overall bridal experience you could ask for. If I could give more stars than 5, I would :)

I bought my wedding gown last weekend at Luxredux Bridal and I enjoyed every second of being there. The experience was great, I worked with Cait and she did an excellent job! I felt so special when I was there and ended up finding THE dress! Cait was very knowledgeable and helped me when I had it narrowed down to two dresses. I am very happy with my choice! I would recommend Luxredux Bridal to any bride to be!
