Derick explained several options on the telephone, before I committed to service call. He was extremely professional and courteous both on the phone and when he arrived. Assessed my problem, provided an immediate fix that he clearly explained was probably temporary, but effective. I will definitely continue to used Advantage in the future for both repairs and any replacement equipment when required. Could not have been happier with how we were treated.

They came out to check on my broken furnace. The technician did nothing at all. I got a service charge with no follow up or even ideas on how to resolve the problem from the company. I was out of heat for another week before I hired a competitor who came out and replaced my coil in the same day. I would not recommend this company.Interesting response. I never mentioned anything about my home warranty. Also, you seem to be attacking the customer with personal substance references. Bottom line: I paid a service call and Derrick didnt do anything! I even called your service manager and he was incredibly rude and bothered that he had to help with my home warranty. On top of that, the sales guy who was suppose to quote me a new system never called me back until I left multiple messages after several days. Your company gave me poor service. Period. And, yes, I would love to verbally explain it to the owner. I will be sure to call.

Called made an appointment Friday at lunch here Monday at 3:30 Mark was very knowledgeable and got my A/C up and running again.... Quick easy fix... My dumb a$$ wired a replacement thermostat I bought and installed incorrectly.... I had heat at the time so didnt even think about the A/C being it was 30 degrees out until he asked me have you recently installed a new thermostat... Highly Recommend

My AC went down the night before. Calle Advantage at 7:30am the next morning and left a message. I got a call back at 8am. They said the only time they had available was immediately! Woke up this morning to our house at 58 degrees because the heat went out sometime through the night...and our whole family was sick (of course). I called and someone was at our house literally within ten minutes! The technician that fixed our furnace problem was Derrick. He is the absolute best! I had two sick 3 and 4 year old kiddos at home and they wanted to watch EVERYTHING he was doing and talk to him the whole time. He was so good to my children and taught them what he was doing. Just had Mike from Advantage Heating and Cooling leave after a great job doing an annual check up on our furnace and a fireplace in a newly purchased home. Mike went over everything with us on the fireplace as we were newbies to fireplaces. Showed us how to start it, what all the parts were and said we could even add new options to it for looks. In the middle of Covid-19 my furnace stopped working. I was so afraid that I couldnt get anyone to come out, but Derick was at my house within 20 minutes! I live in Brown County, needed the line set connected to the air conditioner condenser and evaporator. Contacted Advantage HVAC they sent out technician Mike P. I told him what I wanted and he took his time to do a very professional job. He was very informative and friendly. He left the job site clean orderly. Because the outdoor temperature was on the cool side and it would be difficult to get a perfect coolant pressure level he said they would come back when summer temperature had arrived and do a courtesy coolant check to insure the system was operating at peak performance. I will have Mike P. back if I have any future HVAC needs. Good Job!

I called 7:45 am Saturday morning and they arrived by 10am. They told me charges upfront, fixed the problem within about 10-15 minutes. Derrick was very cordial and polite. They did not try to sell me anything more than the repair. Very happy!

I called Tuesday afternoon when I was out of class and before I could get home the service tech was already at my house checking the outside compressor unit. Very fast service. Advantage came out the same day they were called to fix my moms AC. They were able to find the problem, get a replacement part, and repair it the same afternoon in the middle of summer busy season. Repair cost was very reasonable and they were very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone.

We were having issues with our air conditioning unit squealing and called Advantage to come do an inspection. Hunter came out was great at explaining how the system works and what parts needed replacing and why. He also let us know what parts were still good but probably going to need to be replaced in future. No pressure to do anything, but let us choose what we wanted to replace and when. Our furnace went out 2 days after we moved in to a new home. Advantage repaired it a couple of times at an affordable rate but warned us it wouldnt last long. Each service call (in the middle of winter) they were at our house within 15-20 minutes and stayed until the work was done and our house was warm again. Derick was friendly and helpful and made sure we were well taken care of each time. When it went out for good, they made the process of getting a new furnace installed easy. Derick, David and Marcus were friendly, thorough, approachable and explained everything they were doing. They found extensive issues that were beyond the scope of the work theyd expected, but they didnt leave until the work was done well and the system was functioning as it should. Additionally, there was a rebate available on the system we purchased. They not only filled out the paperwork as much as they could for us, they marked where signatures were required and included an addressed and stamped envelope to make it completely simple to take care of.
