This is one of the flagship stores of Spa Ceylon chain. Its conviniently located in Kollpety closer to the Galle Fave area with a huge parking space that can accommodate around 10 - 20 vehicles at a time. The shop too, is quite large and well segmented for customers to shop with ease. They have a wide range of items from skin and hair care products to fragrances and all are produced based on their signature Ayurvedic ingredients and processes. Prices seems moderate, however they conduct seasonal promotions where customers are benefited from attractive discounts and bundled offers. A highly recommended and trustworthy place.

Looved it. Everytime Im in SL I try to make a point of coming to one of their stores. Ive not tried the in house spa experience yet but am hoping that will be next on my list. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in the product selection and make good recommendations based on the product type you initially select....would have liked to have bought some of their wrapping paper which they didnt have this time...NVM next time 😏

Superb massage I ever had

Spa Ceylon Luxury Ayurveda hi, Today I received my wellness market pack with hand cream which will expire in 2021 jan. It is less than 6 months. Shower gel dont have expiration date as well. few months back I bought limited edition items at bambalapitiya spa ceylon for 50% off. Those handcreams also having expire dates of OCT 2021. among the items I have received so far is not worth for 6000. some of the items manufactured on 2018 its 2yrs back.as a regular customer Im Totally disappointed about selecting and packing items. if you want to sell old items then dont mix them with new items and dont tell as a offer.

Decent massages local ingredients modified to a better customer experience. Staff is friendly and attend to your needs .

I had visited spa Ceylon on Sunday date 4th,, 4pm wit an appointment with my voucher wich was received as a gift, when I went their they said the the voucher was expired, there was no date on voucher mentioned of any expiry, presumed its a valid voucher, they said they had to contact head office to validate the expired voucher and I was unable to use the voucher , and paid for the ultimate foot ritual 4200/, the staff at the centre said they would be contacting me on Monday 11 am, till date no one has Contacted me, its almost 5 days now without any response from the team, I am really not sure how can a hospitality and service oriented industry manage with such poor services. I hope the management will take action immediately. Its been 3 months still no reply or new voucher issued

My experience at this location is far better than what I experienced at their Park Street location. I spoke to Sahan over the phone to make 3 appointments and he delivered fantastic customer service which isnt too common. I personally met him and commended on his service.The treatment recieved was good. Liked the hearbal tea and the treat received at the end.Pretty much every staff member at this location seemed to be friendly and welcoming with a smile unlike the location at Park Street. Maybe its a reflection on the management. Anuradika, who assisted with products was extremely friendly and helpful.I hope the Spa Ceylon upper management would use the employees at this location as an example to train others because there is a lack of consistency in the level if customer service in all departments.The reason for 4 stars, one we couldnt get all the treatments in one place and two, there were some disturbances caused by noises.

I have been going to this place for sometime now and it has always been a good soothing experience. They have a big range of products for all your needs. Their spa is just out of this world.Many services to choose from; Head and shoulders and massage, foot massage, you name it they have it.masseuses are gentle and knows what they are doing. Went for a full body massage recently and it was invigorating. Came out as a new man! 😂If you are wondering it was 7,700 rupees for the full body therapy. 60 minutes

This was the last stop on a six day hiking adventure with my wife. Sri Lanka has been an amazing vacation with so many good memories. One thing is certain, going and getting a professional massage was very worth it. They we kind professional and took us in even without a appointment. I would recommend it to anyone as a final thing to do before leaving. They are clean and environment is great.

Foot massage on 23rd Jan - Good product but extremely poor service. Staff dont answer the phone which just rings and rings. When I pointed it out the man brushed it off saying they are all busy - shocking response. Reception desk is over staffed and none of them are professional. The masseuer started 20 min late then she left me and walked out for a short while. She completed the massage 10 minutes early and left without buffing my toe nails. The lady who accompanied me was provided with more options. After the session I had to ask for the toe nails to be buffed. The treatment is not cheap and customer service has to improve.

Very poor and slow service. Wait for 20 minutes before starting my massage. The massage was good though. But they should take care more about the reception impact. They act not professional enough, even little bit rude... surprisingly the girls that usually are very polite.

Its an amazing place to relax and get yourself pampered. Its also a good place to buy gifts for anyone! 💝

The massage therapists are sensitive to your needs and professional. The techniques used are as good as a 5 star resort. Cant beat the price for what you get. Customer Service at 100% and more. I plan to come here again.

I had the worst spa experience ever. When I complained, I was informed by the Spa management that they will take note of that. It seems they dont care about customers satisfaction. Please dont waste your time and money on this place.

Massage treatments are so worth the little bit extra you will pay to go here. Head, back and shoulders is probably the best value and they really pamper you. Make sure to say yes to herbal tea afterwards because it comes with achcharo and something sweet as well.

I had an extremely bad experience where the Masseuse made sexual advances and kept moving his hands towards private areas and I was especially traumatized due to the fact that this happened to me and I was in a bathrobe. I want to make it clear to all women to please be aware that this can happen to you and always choose a female masseuse

I had a fantastic 90 minutes stress relief treatment. Absolutely wonderful!

Upscale Ayurveda products, fruits tea selection was great. They are over man power here but no one seems to be in the mood to serve. All busy with theyre mobile phones. Boss should do regular spot check on them!

Had the foot, shoulders and neck massage. This time around it was very good. The masseuse was well trained. The service here was superb. Went to the store afterwards and bought a whole bunch of stuff and got a free gift. Will be back again.

Poor customer service.we were rushing to buy a gift. Person who was attending was answering the phone and explaining something where as I am sitting and looking at card punch in paper was printed and I am waiting to sign. still the conversation was on I had to tell him I am waiting.why the lady who was behind the desk not answering the phone.furthermore very poor car park handling.no security was present.poor customer service and management.it is hightime invest on internal customer on training than marketing.

Lovely products, underwhelming spa service. But to be fair, this has been the best Spa Ceylon branch Ive been to. The ambiance is nice and the settings are relaxibg. You can test out spa ceylon products in the shower, which is nice because some of the products are worth experiencing.The massage however was not exceptional in anyway. The masseuse was a bit inexperienced and not too knowledgeable about pressure points and deep tissue techniques. In that sense was rather a disappointment. But over all the experience was... fine.

They need to train their staff to politely enforce Spa rules. The client next to me took 5 loud phone calls and used his iPad during his entire foot massage. And to add to all that had a constant on going chat with his masseuse. The glare of the iPad light in the dimly lit room, wasnt a relaxing spa experience, as one can imagine.This entire scene took place where the foot massages are given. To add to the extremely disappointing spa experience, they even had the audacity to charge me full when I complained. Customer service obviously not at its best here.

Tried the 90 mins ultimate foot priced at Rs 4,400 with local therapist while my husband tried the same with foreign therapist at Rs5,400. Amazing to find foreign therapist more better at her service and massage skills, because she is from Bali! Those who have visited Thailand and Bali will know their spa standard and its definitely better. Sad to say the skills, standards and methods are not the same between the therapists. When we finish our spa, was looking around for some spa products as souvenirs, many staffs available but nobody bother to serve us. For Ayurveda spa, pls only do in Kerala!

Very poor customer service! They dont provide exact information to the clients. When i visited them in April 2018 they offered me a loyalty card after spending above 10,000 LKR saying i will get benefited with discounts and also i will get a free foot ritual on my birthday. When i inquired them to claim this, they are telling different stories. I actually fixed a full body massage which is worth of Rs7700 on the same day. I was told i can get that free massage on my birthday initially. The next day they called and said weekends they cant provide us the free service. when i raised the complain later they are telling i dont have transitions after April, customer to get benefits they need to be a frequent client. I spoke to Chandada (Area Manager), Trashili (Customer Care Manager), Sahan (Customer Care), A dr spoke to me as well. Specially the customer care manager has no ability when it comes to handling clients as she was very rude and she told i signed an application which stated all these information. when i asked her to get the application for me to have a look, she hesitated to give the application instead she said she can give a new application for me to read. Also she want me to go through their website. I cancelled the appointment. being such a reputed company in the market this service is very disappointing. If there is any further clarifications dont hesitate to contact me.
