Undoubtedly the best buffet place in Colombo. Lovely ambient. Well cooked food. Have been here thrice and every visit is worth the money and time I spent. The best thing is Graze Kitchen food is well prepared and perfectly balanced heat. So many varieties. I request the staff to be more engaging with diners. Talk to them more often. Need to improve the hospitality. I will visit Graze Kitchen again. Hungry for more.

Buffet here is just perfect! All the items are made with quality ingredients. It feels like you are in another country when tasting the food. Thai food stall has an amazing soup, with coconut milk. Feels heavily!Only downside is, food is served by the chefs, because of COVID-19 safety standards and bit difficult to control the potions they serve.

Went to the newly introduced All day breakfast buffet. Its more of an extended brunch. Only available on Saturdays, starts at 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. They had lot of variety like, Western, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish and Indian. I really liked the seafood laksa, Grilled Modha, mutton cury, tandoori chicken and the in-house made sausages. They also served, dim sum options, ribs, variety of meats. And the Crème Brûlée and Caramel cheese cake was yummy. The service was impeccable. Very attentive and encouraged us to try all the food. I wouldnt say it is the best food Ive had, taste wise. But would visit once again.

Great ambiance and amazing service. We had lunch here with a group of friends. The service was really really good. The atmosphere was calming and serene and chic. There were a lot of different cuisine and a big collection of fresh fruit and dessert.

Honestly, the restaurant interior decor is warm and cozy, which I appreciate the most. Food quality is not bad too and they offer free flow fresh fruit juice , which is impressive.Food is not bad, poached prawn, steam fish Chinese style are my favorite dish.But roasted beef lamb leg is rough, needa improvement on that.Only one thing I think they must improve is, I know the kitchen is nearby dessert booth and the juice bar, when they replenish them, the servers love to keep walking through the narrow gap in between guest tables and chair, which I found it is not presentable and it caused disturbance to their guest.

Arranged a surprise lunch for my gf.Since we had á la carte instead of buffet a table wasnt particularly reserved for us. But we were free to choose any table as we pleased.Ordered some pizzas (Classic Margarita & Spiced Mutton) and cocktails (Bull Frog & Margarita). Food was prepared quickly enough. Meal was served warm and the booze was prepared with proper Hilton 5-star standards.Staff was really friendly & helpful.Even got an enthusiastic waiter to have the pizzas microwaved again once my girls customary snap taking was completed 😅

I would say most creative and flavorful buffet in Colombo. They served range of cuisine such as Indian, Western, Chinese and Japanese in their dinner buffet. The most tasty meal was the Fish and Chips which they served fresh fish with fried crispy fries. They have action stations for Chinese fried rice and noodle and also for pasta. They serve varieties of meats and fish in different flavors. But unfortunately we found a hair string in one of the sushi roll which they served which lead to a one less star for them. And even their manager didn’t care about that and he just said that it is a surprised to find that. We didn’t expect that answer froma reputed 5 Star hotel. And our perception has gone for a six.

One of the best buffets in Colombo. Have been here few times and Love the atmosphere, the food and the staff. The food spread and the beverage spread is really good. You can experience the real taste of different cuisines. If you are a food lover highly recommend this place. It is always good to make a reservation before you go here as the place is crowded at most evenings.

Just had lunch at this place. Beautiful atmosphere. There’s seating closer to the pond where you can have your lunch while watching black swans. There are different stations from different countries. At the entrance, on your left side, you’ll see Japanese cuisine mainly focuses on Sushi’s. On your right you’ll see the Mediterranean style salad bar. Right next to it, Italian cuisine. Opposite to that Indian. Desert section is in the middle. Chinese section is right next to it. Not sure if they change stations daily. Tried a bit of everything. Food was really delicious. Staff was very quick to take away your empty plates and refill your glasses.

We were seven of us who went for dinner on a Wednesday which was not a discounted day. By the way this happened to be my fifth visit to this venue,the first being about three years ago. This time the place was a disgrace, the variety unbelievably limited the quality of the items shamlessly ordinary for a restaurant at the Hilton Colombo. Where there was once an immense selection of various stations with dishes from many lands there was very very limited variety and to go with it a very unfriendly and unprofessional staff.It was a truly pathetic place! As allways I have been bringing my most favorite guests who I think deserves the best to this resturent. However this time, putting it in a few words it was a disgrace. If by any chance the Hilton wants to take refuge for poor service in the pandemic, shut the resturent is my sincere advice .

Good Food, Great Service, Epic Ambience and Hospitality which is paid for by you. If you are going there for the food, you will be better served at a place that specializes in the cuisine. If you are someone with too much money and have no idea as to what you should be doing with it. Graze Kitchen is the perfect fit for you.

An extremely well thought out buffet menu. The different cuisines were very well prepared and tasty. There are dishes to suit the palates of every person. From starters to desserts it was mouthwatering. Definitely needs a repeat visit because of the amazing service as well.

We had the breakfast buffet as a part of our bed and breakfast deal. The buffet was brilliant and the food was tasty. The outdoor seating area was very nice as well. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. Only downside is the welcome staff that showed us to our table did not give us any introduction to the restaurant and the buffet itself. Did not request us for either tea or coffee since the tea and coffee is delivered as ordered and not through the buffet table. We had to figure it out ourselves. However we did have a really good time and definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

Graze Kitchen is basically the old Spices restaurant at Hilton Colombo which recently went through a major rebranding. The extensive buffet spread is definitely a plus point and it has a range of food from Japan, China, Italy, India, Sri Lanka etc. There were quite a few action stations as well which meant you could get your meals piping hot. The desserts werent as amazing as the food itself but the service was great and the staff courteous and friendly. The only drawback was, possibly because I went on a weekend, is the crowd and the noise, which didnt give me the luxury to enjoy my meal in peace but all in all it was a wonderful foodie experience.

One of the best places in Colombo for lunch. The spread is amazing with many varieties of food from different cuisines. They have amazing starters along with you have the option to create your own salad from many ingredients. Price is bit towards expensive side but the experience is well worth it.

We had dinner here. The restaurant is inside Hilton hotel.There is a a huge buffet all around with many specialities from different countries (India, China, Japan, italy, and more). There are also many different desserts.Price was around 3900 rupies per person, water and taxes included.Service was careful and good, ambience and presentation too.Quality of food was better than I expected and I appreciate almost everything.To be in a buffet, food quality is very good and Graze kitchen is one of the best where Ive been.Maybe dessert are really good in looking, but if you are quite expert about that, they are not the best if you compare to pastry shops in Europe. But they still remain good and pleasant, especially if you compare the whole price you pay (randomly 20$) to western prices.Dinner starts at 19.00.You can have also lunch or breakfast.Credit card are accepted.Better if you book it.

The food selection was huge and wasnt too bad, the dessert selection was small but delectable. Western, Indian/thai and sri lankan sections were good too. The atmosphere was top notch and the waiting staff were helpful.Overall Graze Kitchen does nothing special, but nothing is wrong either. Id say that the Rs.4000 price tag is well justified. As a consumer, Id suggest Flavoured from Cinnamon Red, because given the small choice of items, the foods are incredibly tasty.

One of the best restaurants I have ever gone. We went for dinner and it was an amazing atmosphere. Taste of the food was great. Nicely arranged different cuisine in the buffet. Mainly there were thai, italian cuisine. Excellent customer service. Will visit again soon.

I went there with family on New years day. They followed all the hygiene rules. Restaurant was full but not packed. Food was delicious, they had an International buffet minus the batter fried prawn which was greatly missed. Chinese dishes, the devilled pork, dimsum and the rice was delicious too. The steaks and roasts were all exceptionally delicious! For the first time just ate without stopping to take pics.

The main restaurant of Hilton Colombo where the daily buffets are hosted. They serve some delicious dishes. The cuisine ranges from western Italian Chinese to Indian and some sri Lankan traditional as well alcohol is served per request basis and pre reservations need to be done especially on weekends. Overall a great experience.

Went here for Endless High Tea (buffet) on a Saturday and it was Rs.2,888/- nett per person.They had a good variety of food such as savories, kottu, pasta, sandwiches, shushi, sweets, dessert, drinks etc.. They also had a Indian corner and also there was a live station where you can ask for any fried rice of your choice, different kinds of hoppers and roti..well spread..It was worth for the price and the ambience was nice and the service also good.. definitely wish to visit again.

Visited Graze Kitchen for Dinner with Family. The spread of food was extremely diverse with variety. The staff was very helpful and had a courteous service. The overall taste of the food seems to be lacking bit of the Wow factor from a Sri Lankan food pallet prespective, it will be suitable for foreigners though. The Achacharu corner was a nice touch still could use a little bit of more flavour. Thanks and Keep it Up.

I had some lamb meat ball pasta, my friends had a fettuccine sth pasta and a tangy carbonara. For all 3 dishes, Id give a 3 on 10. For the two with tomato, it wasnt yum tbh.. and the fettuccine pasta, tasted egg-y. Maybe yall should add more flavours. But I love love the cheesecake!! The staff is amazing. They smile and are so pleasant. It just makes my day. Imma highlight a person here. Mr.Lalith is super friendly. On my request, he separated the soft buns or rolls or whatever you call it.. also two people in particular in the dessert section were extremely kind. Not a fan of hilton cmbs food but their staff is so nice and it makes you feel so welcome. Maybe yall can do alittle better with the food.. Keep it up!

Outstanding buffet! They have any kind of food you want (Japanese, Indian, Vietnamese, Turkish, Chinese, etc.). The place is very glamorous and the service is very good and helpful. You can find any kind of meat here and all the meals are tasty with good quality. Will definitely visit again. Love the experience had at Graze kitchen with my wife. :)

Nice , clean & luxury place in colombo

We went for High Tea last Sunday, with the HNB offer. It was extremely disappointing. The variety and the quality of food has dropped significantly. However, Hilton had managed to sustain their quality of dessert and variety. I’m not sure if it was because of the HNB offer of 50% off but that’s no excuse.

One of the best buffet in Colombo. There are a lot choices such as Chinese, Sri Lankan, Italian, Indian and etc.. I would highly recommend this place. Service is also really good; staff is really helpful. My favourites are mutton briyani and Naan that you can find in Indian cuisine section. Due to security reasons, dont take any bags or luggages. Last but not the least you will definitely enjoy their desserts; for sure ☺️

Good spread of mains and condiments, average service. Lacking ice cream. Not sure if it was due to the theme night, but the price per head for the buffet is bit towards high end. Round tables with cusioned round chair is great for a family.

One of the best buffets Ive been to. Theres a lot to choose from, and theres something for everyone. Special mention for the desserts. Great ambience and helpful staff as well. The interior decor is beautifully done and the view of the little pond outside is very pleasant and makes you forget that you are in the heart of the busiest city in Sri Lanka. Highly recommended although the price range is above average in comparison.

One of the best place to eat tasty Trukish shawarma,Indian,Chinese,Japanese,Sri Lankan.I prefer Turkish lamb shawarma one of best shawarma I had it in Sri lanka.The Turkish chef is very friendly and you tell that you love shawarma he will make you.we used to go to this place for last 2 year to eat mainly shawarma.I will recommend to others to try this.They have enough choice.I have put some pictures.

The ambience is very welcoming and a wide selection is available for grabs. Starters is the highlight of the buffet with options of all types of meats. The main spread includes Asian, Indian and continental. The seafood dumpling is a must try and so is the mutton kebab. Ordered the Long Island iced tea and they were not shy with the alcohol. The dessert run was a treat, thanks to the magnificent crème brûlée, blueberry cheesecake, strawberry trifle, Greek yoghurt and rest of the dessert options. More than money’s worth and would definitely recommend to anyone.

One of the best international buffet ever experienced. The spread is unlimited and everything tastes so good. Starting from thai to Japanese, carabian, Italian, Indian..... Desert spread is not much fascinating yet nothing to complain as there wont be enough space to fill after all the spicy food.

Nice place. Had an awesome time here. Good and authentic Shingalese or Srilankan cuisine with a good ambience. As someone experiencing Srilanka for the first time, the waiters and attendents were very welcoming and informative.

I dont have any kind of problem to spend money on high quality food and fency resturant but i expect to get value for money. the buffet was good and delicious the dessert part wasnt that good. so the high price wasnt worth the exchange. i found better and cheaper places in the city.

Fantastic food at a reasonable price. Here there is a little bit of everything.

The food is great, the staff are excellent. But the reason for 3/5 stars is the new buffet style, you cant dish your food, instead a staff member will dish for you.The issues here is that you cant choose your portion size, theres usually a haphazard queuing system and most of the servers are over stressed beyond their capacity.Now, I understand these are COVID-19 precautions but I for one wont be patronising the restaurant till they revert back to the old method.
