The weekend was very crowded.Then customer service is a bit slow.The food is clean.But you have to buy a separate bottle of drinking water and the service charge is 10%.The biriyani has enough chicken for it, but for me, it doesnt taste good

Ordered 5 Nasi Goreng on 09/14/2021 for lunch and the food was perfect. Nasi Goreng is mixed with chicken & prawns which are enough for quantity of the rice. The quantity of the food was perfect for the price. Tasty as well. Its their own delivery service. Also had no issue in the past by visiting the restaurant upstairs. What needs to be improved is their customer care and time efficiency. Received the order after 1hr 30 mins. The person who took the order has done the work but like dont care attitude. Because of the food, forgot the issues and given 5 stars.

Sea street branch is worse in customers care, and quality.I had 2 incidents1- ordered the dish and request for take away but waiter bill it for dine in, with service charges. Never returns it.2- worse one, On 18th July 2021 I have ordered to mutton biryani (780*2 plus 150 delivery charges total around 1700/=) it is spoiled and smell bad, its a yellow color rice and kept a separate curry(its taste like beef but they named it mutton) thats all for the money. We gust throws it cant eat.

Their biriyani was not good at all.their mixed fried rice was ok....

Today we went Elite indian restaurant to had some refreshing drinks and Ordered some. They was amazing. Freshly made and satisfied with the service.

I put an order via uber eats after paying online. Parcel never arrived. When tried to communicate they dont give proper answers. As they already got paid they dont give zero attention to customers need.This place is a SCAM. Dont order ever!!!

We just had our dinner at Elie Pelawatte and it is same the Kolpity one. Simply terrible! Food was not that much good and we even return ordered soups as it was awful. Place is not clean at all even plates and so many flies which made us leave the place so soon. Even it took so long to get the food and presentation also not much that good. Staff is not well trained and not efficient I believe.Some of my family members vomit just after return. So would not recommend this place for anyone even though I see few 4star comments down the line.

Chapti they served me look like 2 days old and crispy like pappad... Aloo gobhi masala I did not even take a single spoon after tasting. They gave me wrong bill and then fighting with me and saying go and report where ever you want...I would not recommend anybody to go there

Very bad service we ordered two dishes its taking more than half an hour, they mainly sending to delivery but for dine in not providing taking more times low service quality but charging the service tax. Without proper service why they charging? Dont get food from this hotel

Came for a single takeaway, the cashier isnt even attentive just to take the order, I was the only customer too. Prices are not very expensive too, and the food is decent for the price.

Great tasty meals

It was a very busy restaurant at noon. This gave us a confidence that we chose right. The FOOD was good & the WAITING STAFF were WARM & very efficient. The Price to quality & quantity was good. We chose The Naan Set Menu (chicken & also mutton) & The Chicken Biryani. Do plan to call on ELITE on our next visit to Colombo & try a greater variety of food. Unfortunately CRABS & LOBSTERS were not available.

A place full of rats 🐀. We ordered the food and was waiting for our order, we saw 2 rats going everywhere in the restaurant. Staffs were not bothered at all. We felt disgusted and got out of the restaurant soon as possible. Worst restaurant we visited ever 🤮.

They are good in lunch and dinner. Breakfast also available but not tasty as lunch or dinner. Recommend for a group or quick lunch. Rice items are recommended. Tasty and neat place and good for their price.

Elite Main street Customer service Very poor specialy Take away Cashiers

Today I got Very disgusting customer service. I went with my Indian friend .I did not have pen to sign the bill because I paid on my card ..I asked pen to server .Immediately the employee started to swear by saying dont waste my time just get out ..My Indian friends face turned pale .. I picked him up and moved away from the place. the staff is pathetic. They dont know how to talk and behave with the customers Very unfriendly .i am very disappointed.

Almost all the dishes are tasty. You can try a new dish every time you go and you’ll not regret for trying. All has it’s own good taste. The prices are low compared to many restaurants who serve same dishes.

Waited for more than 2.5 hours.No sign of delivery till 10.45 PM. We called at 8 45 pm at the time of placing order we asked whether they are taking delivery due to the country situation. They said they can. If you cant deliver means you should tell without making people starve

Poor service. Ordered a takeaway calling from my hotel located just 900 meteres from the restaurant. I have called twice, and they replied that my delivery will be within 90 minutes (only!), however they didnt deliver my order! Do not recommend! Avoid.

Tonight we ordered thru Uber Eats two Nasi Gurang delivered by Sea Street but unable to eat because RICE WAS HALF BOILED. When we called n complained the person who replied said will send two Parcels in place of that. But they failed to send. Then we went personaly to complain with the Half Boiled Rice. The person who in charge didn’t even apologize, but he gave the two fresh meals. For your information necessary action.
