Worst connectivity, They dont even have right technical team to solve any issue you report. I wrongly opted for 6 months plan and struggling now neither i can change to some other service nor they will solve issue and my mobile data connectivity is better than this jtel. Better never choose jtel as you service provider.

Not a professional. Even 1 star I should not give. I called them for a new connection enquiry. They said It is must to pay 6 months amount as advance and i have to pay the installation charge which is much more. To take a new connection I have to pay around 10k rupees. When I asked why should I pay 6 months amount they said it’s due to WFH (I dont see any logic in that.) People who wrote good reviews must be their friends.
