I got the bike quickly in great riding condition at coimbatore. Only disappointment were the missing mirrors which is common with the youngsters there. Staff were polite and did their job well.

Booked for Avenger 220.But owner provided pulsar 200ns and explained politely that 220 was having some issues. I completely satisfied with the bike and had no issues throughout my trip. Nxt to Royal brothers... It is one of best rental services in Coimbatore... The website is awesome and in updated version... All type of scooters and gear bike...and bullet bikes are also available... The price is OK not cheap... And the condition and maintanence of the bikes is OK.. Not that perfect... But compared to other rental services in cbe... It is much better and the Owner is kind enough and well spoken but nor bargain is donee... A fixed price... But it is worth it... No offers of discounts.. If u plan for ooty or valparai or nearby places in cbe... Pls prefer it.. A awesome rental showroom.. Caution deposit is only 500... u can get extra helmets ..by considering all positives and... It is a best service... Since it has small cons but they are negligible... It is located 3kms from Gandhipuram bus stand... So pick up and drop is not an big issue and they also provide spot pickup and drop facility... So if u have cbe plans give it a try

They prefer people who take 1 or 2 days for rental. They have options to take hourly rental. And if you try to take it for 3 hours, they always claim the bikes are not available. They just lie, lie and lie. They always have an idea of turning down the customer if they feel they don’t want to give. There are already some reviews where they have turned down the customers after you show up. Not reliable. Reasons told will be - already booked by another customer, bike is repaired and another fake reason is - it’s in Tirupur. Be careful - they don’t mind to waste your time. They lure you in and they change in the last minute after you are left out of options. Don’t ever fall for it. They said to go to gandhipuram. NS160 available. I was not knowing the gandhipuram address. he said call him and he will guide you.9 50 AM - Gandhipuram staff - I was not knowing the address of the gandhipuram and standing in middle of the road. Staff did not give direction to his office. He started asking questions as - which bike you want. And he said NS160 not available.Even after this, if i should not get angry. Yes I need to practice on how to become more calm. For sure, I will try that. I have said the truth as whatever happened.Thank you very much for discrimination as tension party. Please dont let your customers be stranded in the road. Not just customers. Anyone for that matter. If someone believes you and if they get disappointed and made to roam to one office after another, its human nature to be angry. After you requested not to be angry, I did not talk to anyone else in that tone.I dont have any vengance. I just dont want anyone else to waste their time or be discriminated. And I hope you can see how to correct the mistakes. Just because someone asks for 1 or 2 hours, they are not cheap. Its just that our requirement is only that much for time being. And your welcome will make us come to your office more. Well satisfied. This is my first trip to Coimbatore, I opted for bike rental to avoid public transport during Covid times. I have reached their office at 6:30 AM and it was open though google says they open at 7 AM. They handed over bike quickly (without asking for any deposit though it was mentioned in their website) and started my day early than expected. Bike is in good condition and returned my bike after my use, return process was quick. Thank you Relax Rental for making my trip comfortable.

Their service is getting poor with time!!I have rented scooty thrice from relax and each time breaks wont be good, one of them even stopped working twice on the way.I suggest they should do some servicing before handing over the bikes as, for example, we booked bike few days prior to pickup. But at the time of pickup we were not convinced with the bike condition, so they told if you want you can take or cancel!! This is not a attitude that a customer should get even after booking atleast 5days prior to their pickup.

First impressions - Easy and clear booking process.However when it comes to the core - Bikes maintenance they fail very badly. Zero trust on the vehicles they provide.I took RE Classic 350 for 4 days trip to Ooty, but right from the hour it was taken faced several problems like engine failing to start, horn not working, one side mirror missing, very rough handling and so on. Helmets provided will not have visor or a broken visor, so I had to replace a new one for my own safety. Suffered a lot with the bike and the worst thing is when we inform about all these to the staff at the time of handover, they didnt even regret nor refund for the trouble caused to the customer. Absolutely non professional.Final thoughts - Highly recommend to thoroughly check the bikes end to end before taking rent.

Took two bikes.Pro: Hassle free rental, helmet provided at no extra cost, customer friendly.Cons:Bike 1 - Yamaha FZ, The chain bracket was badly damaged but the bike was still given for rental without repairing it. It started giving weird sounds within a km. And when called the executive for informing it, he was already aware of the issue and said that its fine we need to change the chain bracket but nothing to worry. But its very torturous to ride continuously with that sound.Bike 2- there was some wiring fault and the bike stopped suddenly while driving, because of some wiring loose connection. Its very risky , what if suppose we were overtaking or avoiding some vehicle and it stopped suddenly.If the bikes are serviced regularly then this is a very good option otherwise not. I would give it a second thought if I have to rent out a bike from here again and may not recommend it to any of my friends.

I rented Hero Xtreme 200R for 2days Ooty ride for 2478 rupees and was definitely not worth the money.Had a very bad experience with the bike.Poor maintenance of bike,1.There was no low beam light so I had a very hard time driving at night.2. The ABS brake had some issues and when I asked them about it they said its nothing but the display showed ABS had issues and to back it up I heard really loud weird noise from the front brake all through the ride.3. The back tyre was slippery (smooth as butter), highly unsafe on a rainy day and on tricky turns.4. Tho we can choose our own helmet, the helmets were terrible and unusable. I ended up borrowing a helmet from my friend.Finally, the bike was supposed to be available for pickup at 8pm but it was only available for pickup after 9pm and thats understandable but they failed to inform earlier so we had to wait an hour roaming around mall to kill time.I saw a couple other bad reviews regarding the bike condition below.So if you are planning for an epic trip with your friends I would definitely not recommend them.And for the team please fix the bikes, its not safe to drive them especially for riders with less experience on the road.

Extremely unprofessional and rude service. We booked RE Bullet Jetblack in Coimbatore and paid advance for the bike. On the day of delivery when we reached, the delivery guy said the bike we booked is having problems hence cannot rent it. They gave another option RE classic on which I did a test drive but ->  horn was not working and lots of wierd sounds from engine. I didnt feel safe to ride this bike on ghat road at all. When we complained about this replacement bike and also asked why didnt they call us before and inform us about the bike, the delivery guy rudely said we gave a replacement bike, take it or leave it. We were really surprised with this answer. We were also not happy with his attitude and asked for our advance money return. By this time, we were extremely dejected since we made hotel bookings for 2 days which was not refundable. Then the delivery guy acts very aggressive and starts shouting at us for no reason, then makes us wait for around 20 mins just to return our advance. After all the drama and wasting our time, he returned our advance money. Luckily, there were some other professional bike rental company who helped us, we happily went on our trip without loosing our precious time and money.I just dont recommend this bike rental company at all to anyone.

The Owner is so genuine. I have tried Royal Brothers, ONN Bikes and other rental services, but this service was the smoothest experience. Bikes were in good condition. Security deposit was cheap. Rented a Apache 200 from them. Response and customer service is really good. But bike was in bad condition. My worst nightmare is bike break. Disc break plates are almost torn and battery problem. So it made us search for mechanic wherever we go. Got the replaced parts cost and service cost from the rental people.

Superb staff, superb bikes and timely service.I rented an avenger 220 from them in coimbatore. The bike was used by me for 2 days. We were provided 2 complimentary helmets. The process of renting was very smooth and hassle free. The motorcycle was in very good condition! I was riding with my wife and we covered a lot of distance going to national parks around coimbatore through varied road conditions (good and extremely bad). The bike performed flawlessly!
