Such a Irresponsible staffs in CAG Mettupalayam road, Eru company bus stop branch. You dont get good service & customer support from them after purchase. Simply they will say plz wait sir. They dont respond you, they do fun chats with there colleagues when you waiting fo there needs. They know customer is waiting but they dont care about it simply chat & making fun calls in mobile phone thats all there response for customers. such a lazy peoples.( For my issue. Iam the one & only customer in service centre area. But they respond me after long waiting time at that time also they didnt respond me. Just watchman anna told to the receptionist. customer is waiting for long time) After that also lazy reply.Better go to SATHY ROAD Branch. when compare to CAG Mettupalayam road branch they 2 time better than these guys. They are polite & responding in good attitude. Immediate response.My suggestion is For purchasing a new yamaha bike in coimbatore Better go to ORPI YAMAHA its 200% good service & response. before & after purchase. My friends told me this review about them.

I have not seen such a worst show room for sales and service. No Information regarding Number plate, RC and service. My humble request to the publice to not to move with cag yamaha showroom mettupalayam roadfor any purchase of vehicle. You will get BP immediatley.

I would like to share that , I have been purchased New FZ vehicle on August 13, 2021 in CAG Yamaha , Mettupalayam Road ,Before settling payment , confirmed that Temporary Registration in favour my native residential ,They processed for that after that its over one week has done but still No one has contacted about Registration details , only they provided Temporary details in A4 paper Xerox copy ,There is no follow up with customers ,No updates from sales end , kindly ask to update the small movements also to customer,If wi call sales team one responsible person said that will call you once I get details , no manners to treat customer ,Only sales manager picking the call if we ask at certain time not all timeI fed up with customers handling

Very poor experience even after cancelling the booking. They didn’t refund till now cancelled after 12 days. Atrocious behaviour while speaking with customers and challenging me that they won’t make refund even the week after. Need to be punished for this bad act by manager and staffs

Worst yamaha service centre in coimbatore city.Staffs and receptionist are irresponsible. They are not willing to attend the service customers , customers has to request the receptionist and staffs to attend them. Guys do not try to visit this place .i have not seen this kind of worst service yamaha service in coimbatore and erode cities.

Worst experience with the yamaha. They entered a wrong name in the service book i am unable to service my bike in other showrooms. Called several times to change the name.Their motive is to sell the bike nonetheless they are not worried about the customer problems.

After the vehicle booking ans payment, the executives and dealership guys will make you to run behind them to get things or job done .Example vehicle Registration duration, accessories fitting, number plate fitting. Worst dealer to buy Yamaha bike. Also , there is no point of contact for escalation and there is no head office for this CAG enterprise .
