Worst travel experience. Somebody please teach your staff how to treat your customers with courtesy. They feel like as if they are doing us a favour. Im paying do your service. So respect is mutual. Please let them know that.

Was looking to send one bicycle to chennai. Checked few travels on this locality and they said only main office accepts it. Luckily City Travels was able to take my shipment and get it done.

Very worst travelling .not clean dirty and not satisfied to travel CITY TRAVELS.fast driving so not safety to travel this bus.i dont like to travel this bus.All friends my humble request dont travel this bus not safety to allso be careful and be safe .I booked the bus from coimbatore to trichy at time 10.30 pm we called the office contanct number and drivers number also but no one respond properly telling like 5 mini 10 mini but the bus is arrived 11.40 pm 1 hour we are waited at wasteland fully drainage mosquito also how they manage the customer service if the passanger late they shouting but the bus delay not even single SMS due to delay. Office staff Mr.Anandakrishnan telling sir wait bus will come not called the driver why the bus is delay. After arrived the bus we asked the driver why delay not even polite answer driver shouting giving traffic drivers know that weekend surely traffic here so before they need to start right or call the customer or SMS giving.Very worst feeling to travel city travels hostly telling i never suggest city travels in my life and one more thing is no bedsheets no fan fesility to non ac passangers.Very very worst

Identifying this place for new peoples is little tough as it is located in underground. The service is fine but the waiting room is too small so the passengers should stand untill arrival of their respective busses.

Very bad experience. They Will not maintaining timings. Dont travel night Time with family. Very very bad bus.
